To whom it may concern:

We stopped by to get some food on our way to South Padre Island, many people do. I ordered a #1 W B Meal with cheese cut in half, with sliced jalapenos on the side, with a chocolate shake as the drink. I also ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger, (burger only) and a lemon pie. I paid the teller. Moved up to the second window. The young lady gave me the shake and asked me to move up by the flag pole. I moved up to the flagpole. The order was taking long and the girl came to let us know that the the lemon pie and "fallen apart" and if we wanted another lemon pie we would have to wait even longer or she could give us an apple pie. My wife wanted the lemon pie but I told the young lady to just bring the order and the apple pie. She brought two bags and I took them from her. I was already perturbed and I didn't check the bags much to my own better judgement. When we got to the beach and checked the bags, we found: The #1 meal should have come with fries, there were no fries. There were also no sliced jalapenos. I would understand if these people working there had other things to do, but this is the job they are supposed to be concentrating on and getting it right. For some odd reason, they always have a problem with the lemon pie, we've had this problem before but I have never reported it. I had to have an argument with my wife regarding apple pies vs. lemon pies, there is no difference to me but she was adamant about getting a lemon pie! We have had problems at this location before but I have never reported it but today was just the last straw. Someone needs to do something about the bad service there.
