Wendy’s review: Service

I recently visited the Wendy's location at IL 148, Marion, IL 62959, and unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. The cashier who assisted me displayed an unprofessional attitude. When I requested to speak with a manager, the cashier’s behavior became increasingly inappropriate, including gesturing in a dismissive manner. I would recommend that the restaurant address these service issues to ensure a positive experience for all customers. I have been a regular patron due to the quality of the chicken sandwich, but after this visit, I am reluctant to return. While I understand I am only one customer, individual experiences can significantly impact a business. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
