06.28.2022 Approximately 8:10 am, I ordered a breakfast meal at the drive through located at 4840 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville, GA. I was provided my tea and change, then asked to move to a parking space, needless to say there was not a car behind me, 2 cars in front of me. I asked the person who gave me my tea, how long was it going to be, she said I need you to move to the parking space. I asked the question again and she had a rude attitude, stated not long (the car ahead of me, pulled off without their food). When I realized that I asked the person for a refund, she then stated all sales are final. I said what sale, I have not received my food, she ten proceed to argue with me. I said do not urge with a customer and show me where it states all sales are final. She said I am not urging with you, told me to move my car in a parking spot, still no one behind me. I stated to just give me my money, another employee came out and provided me with my refund. The other employee proceeds to call someone on the phone, rolled her eyes at me and gave me the middle finger. This is no way to treat a customer and not acceptable to me as a customer.
Desired outcome: Termination of that employee and District Manager to contact me, I will be happy to meet and identify.
