Wendy’s

I waited at the counter for 20 minutes before someone realized I was there. The cashier could not get the cash register to work so I had to wait longer for someone to help him. I ordered 2 combos Large and receive small, I ordered a large fry and received none, I ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets with ranch sauce and received no ranch sauce. Since it was takeout I didn't realize it until I returned home. I have received no satisfaction from Wendy's and I did fill out the survey about my experience. At the end of the survey I was asked if I wanted to enter their sweepstakes to try to win $500.00 and I said yes, I had to give my name, email, age, income and background and was told I did not qualify. I guess I am too old, I make too much or I am the Caucasian or all 3, never getting Wendy's again
