Wendy’s

Hello

My name is Amy and I work at a ministry in Beaver Falls PA. I was asked to arrange donation of ice for our summer program and did so through the Beaver Falls Wendy's. The manager I spoke with was more than kind and very helpful to me. I am sorry to say I do not remember her name.

I was asked to gather the ice yesterday and I went in person showed my work ID and there was a grey-haired man who was so rude to me and said I don't know anything about ice who did you talk to? I explained myself and he said we don't have bags of ice it will take time to get a box. He was mean and said some other rude comments some of them I did not hear clearly. The girl behind the counter was apologizing for him and explained he was the district manager and is rude to everyone and makes working there miserable.

I saw that first hand! I have no clue how he remains in a position to work with the public as he just seemed unkind.

I try not to judge people because you never know what they are going through in life but I thought this is something to bring to your attention.

We greatly appreciate the donation of ice we did receive so I wanted to thank you as well and please know the girl manager was kind and great to help us. I am not sure who this regional manager or district manager was but he had grey hair and a mustache. I am sure if you ask any

of the workers at the Beaver Falls Wendys they would be able to tell you clearly who he was.

I really hate to complain but working with the public is my job and I believe if you can not do a job being kind and nice to all you meet you need to look for a different line of work. I saw first hand how the moral of the crew was when this man was there. I would not want my child working in such a place with a man who had nothing but negative things to say.

I hope this helps and maybe someone more deserving should be put in his position.
