Go to WM.com to look up bulk item pick up. Directed to the chat to schedule pickup. Representative on chat states I have 4 free bulk pickups for my service area. Told to call local office to schedule pickup. Called local office took my info and said I would receive a call from Texas on schedule for pick up. Received call and was told it would be $141 to pick up. Fist off I'm told to schedule with my local office then outsourced to out of state. Then the old bait and switch of its free then no its not.

Desired outcome: Explanation of poor business practices.
