Walmart review: Walmart not acting in good faith

I bought a gaming monitor (Order# [protected]) online on 1/29/25. The item shows it has a return date of 2/1/2026. Knowing that it is returnable I bought it in good faith that I can return item if needed to Walmart.

Now I try to return the item online it says, “return ineligible.

I have called Walmart customer service multiple times, and I have sent an email to the ethics department. Here is what happened on 2 phone calls to Walmart. The first time on 1/13/2026, I talked to customer service and was told I would get an email in 4 hours showing the issue is fixed so that I can proceed with the return. I did not receive any email from Walmart. The second time I talked to customer service I was told someone who could help would call me back in 4 hours. I did not receive any call from Walmart in 4 hours or in 24 hours. I did receive 3 emails (listed below) from Walmart.

Below is how I already called Walmart to ask for help with my issue. They have given me the runaround and not helped at all:

1/15/26 customer getting the same response. customer requested a call back on my cell phone. customer was told they would get a call in 4 hours (12pm now). NO PHONE RESPONSE FROM WALMART.

When customer goes to return this order online, says, “ineligible to return”.
customer purchased this item in good faith that it was returnable by Feb.1, 2026 as shown on the Walmart online account.
(SEE ATTACHED PHOTO).
customer needs to return this item. Let us know how to proceed with the return,

First, my online account show I can return this item by 2/1/2026. Second, Walmart has not returned a call or an email to help me with this issue.

The email to Walmart Ethics email I sent came back with this response: "Thanks for contacting us about your Walmart.com order. The department you have reached only handles certain in store experiences. To resolve this issue, we ask that you contact Walmart.com at 1-800-925-6278 (Option 1)."

This number they are giving me is the same number I have been calling above.

Walmart is not following through on what they have told me as a customer. I bought this item in good faith that it had a set return date. Now Walmart is not following through.

I need help with this issue to make this return as simple as possible.
