I shop mostly at the store located @ 7450 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33884.

The condition of these carts is a disgrace. The wheels need changing. At least one wheel/cart will not rotate or part of the wheel is missing. Some carts are impossible to push so one must test carts to find one that they can operate.

Thes carts have been bad for years.
