Walmart review: Plus membership delivery

This is the most incompetent store I have ever attempted to order from! The manager for that department; Jace is a liar & needs to be fired! Where do I start… on Sunday I placed an order using the plus membership I pay for. It was due at 6pm. At 9pm they text saying it would be here at 9:10pm. It never arrived. At 10:30 I chat with support who assures me there was an error but my order would be here at 7am on Monday. It still never arrived! At 8:30 I get a message that I need to reschedule so I did. It said my order would be here between 12-2. It again never arrived! I called support, an hour on the phone & the girl “jennifer” called the store & spoke to Jace the manager. Jace assured her he would make sure the order was delivered on time. Except he failed again! At 2:30pm I get a message it’s running late but will be here by 3… nope! Wrong again! I called the store with the info Jennifer gave me to follow up with Jace. This guy was not even there! Some girl that barely speaks claimed “they were really slow so he took a break” excuse me!? You have orders from 2 days ago you haven’t filled but you’re slow!? Yeah, it’s not the store that’s slow… yet I wait! The order still NEVER arrived! So we get to Tuesday & I’m still waiting! At 7:30pm they canceled & say my $200 will be refunded in TEN BUSINESS DAYS! So not only are the staff incompetent they’ve also stolen my money! I’ve also paid for a service that they failed to provide! They also claimed they shipped the soda off my order then canceled that the next day claiming it’s out of stock. How is it out of stock if they shipped it the day before!? More lies! I had 3 managers insist it was being delivered yet not a single person in this store understands the meaning of the words they speak. It’s like I need to purchase a case of dictionaries or maybe hooked on phonics would be better… this is the most pathetic excuse for a store ever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
