It was delivered to me on a 90+ degree day. I open the cream, it had liquified in the heat and burned my leg as well as staining my shorts. Walmart says they can’t replace it yet I can but it again and pay extra to get delivery. Refund won’t be available for 7 business days. I spoke with 3 people and none deviated from the script. I lost 50%of the product and the rest is not usable as it liquified in.
Desired outcome: Immediate replacement at Walmart expense.
