Walmart review: MetroPCS cell phone TCL ion

All right just a laying ground work I understand shopping at Walmart which is a private company I need to follow guidelines that they have with the return policy. That being said I would think customer satisfaction on an unused cell phone brand new in the box with everything included charger and everything that is 3 days over the 14 day let me repeat 14 day return policy may have gotten some assistance. The team behind electronics was great they did have to call management because it was 3 days over the policy return date. Told them I would be more than happy with store credit so I can at least get gasoline and nothing was resolved I still have a phone that I don't want or need.

14-day return policy in my opinion is a slap in the face to customers and to me this whole situation seemed very negative and will now affect my thoughts feelings and where I shop in the future. Just recently it started going back to Walmart it was about 5 years I didn't go and that's just because I didn't like the idea of a large corporation so I'll be sure for you I will not be customer of Walmart moving forward. I know I'm just a drop in the bucket to you but you lost me over $35 if that means anything to you.
