Do not do walmart plus it is a rip off I have had more trouble with them so I will no longer do bussiness with them least waiting for order with stuff for dinner 11 to 1 delvery time text will be there at 12:06 next text it will be there at 12:38 my text your late next text delivery cancelled oh so sorry the soonest we can redeliver is at 7 hubby gets up at 3 am so I am disabled and do not drive now I have to hire a driver to take me to the store to get stuff for dinner so now it is going to cosy me about 40 of 50 more because of walmarts inablity to do there jobs or care about thier customeres so if this is the kind of treatment you want do not use them they do not care nor understand and it happens all the time so they are to stupid to even learn

That is just plain disrespectful of your time and your needs. I would be livid too. Here is a practical step that has worked for others: call your local Walmart store directly (not the 1-800 number) and ask for the online grocery pickup manager. Explain your disability and the cancelled order, and ask them to personally set aside your dinner items for a same-day pickup via a friend or neighbor instead of redelivery. Also, demand a full refund plus a $20 credit for the inconvenience, and use that credit to cover the extra cost of hiring someone once. In the meantime, do you have a nearby neighbor or church group that could grab your items for free? You should not have to pay extra for their mess.
