Walmart review: Generator purchased at Walmart, Titusville, Florida

My son purchased a generator at the titusville, florida store and it was defective. He took the generator back to the store and was told he needed paper work to return the generator. He went to the bank and got the receipt for the purchase on his credit card. Walmart would not accept that.

I am his mother...87 years old. I am under the doctors care, and if there is a power shortage I will have no electric in my home. The manager at the store was very, very rude and didn't have time for this complaint. You should get I n touch with this manager and get things straightened out.

If I don't hear anything back from you.. I will take this complaint to by attorney. And will sue walmart for what I have suffered with the generator that was defective.

Walmart I am waiting for your reply... Very, very upset.
