I ordered 2 items online for the first time ever with Walmart Canada some time ago with delivery to happen in a few days
No delivery as promised & I logged a formal complaint with Walmart Canada. A Walmart email to me promised again that both items would be delivered soon
Again, no delivery , no message, call or further email re such twice no delivery items.
I did not realize till now that Walmart Canada could lie the ways it did to me & repeatedly violated their own delivery promises in writing via online order records, emails, etc.
Walmart Canada also failed or being very secretive about telling me what went wrong--hackers into their secured online shopping system, human errors, or am I the only one having this issue, nothing!
Also, they control the entire complaint process & suffered customers are not allowed to communicate direct with their "escalation team" or someone higher up in their private, non-transparent business bureaucracy
