Walgreens review: Walgreens pharmacy ( 1 comment)

I have Express Scripts for my pharmacy. I had been taking Acetaminophen with codeine and realized I was having a reaction. My doctor prescribed Tramadol, a prescription was sent to Express Scripts. When I realized that would be a mail delivery, I called my doctor and they sent an RX to Walgreens. They refused to fill it for me. Unless Express Scripts voided the RX. It was already in the mail, arrival 14 days out to delivery. I called my doctor and they rewrote an RX for the Tramadol to Walgreens. They again refused to fill it. I called and asked for a few pills again was refused because it is a controlled substance. I have a back injury and was in pain. They took it upon themselves to be my health care providers. I now will be without pain medication. Refusing my physician's prescription? Who are they to dictate to my health. To top it all off the pharmacy's assistant was rude to me when I talked to her, like I was a drug addict trying to get more pills than decided I needed.
