Walgreens review: Service

This has happend many, many, many times!
We have complained before, and have been belittled about even saying anything..! we were told we are not to say a word, and just wait!
She this same worker. was working again yesterday and smiles and pretends to be friendly, but is controling, even thinks she is better the the customer!
The last time this happened was April 26th around 4 pm she was the only lady there so it's easy to find out who she is, even where's a ponytail on top of her head. (Not the pharmacists) They have always been friendly... Just the staff.

I'm not the only one who has complained, many have before me, and she / they try to turn it around and say WE are giving them a bad time! WTF
She NEEDS, REALLY needs to put the customer needs first, I ALWAYS have to stand MIN 10-20 min each and every time most of the time 20 min OR longer just to get someone to help me! And I'm the only one there!
This is rude, crazy, insane even... and I'm wrong for evn asking for someone to please help me? This needs to be stopped!
Fred Myers pharmacy, 2 min even if I'm the only one there! 2 min!
99% of the time, 15-20 wait even idf I'm the only one there!
PLEASE help your customers! We have been complaining, and complaining for months, no one is listening, ARE YOU?

Copies of this full letter, is being sent to Fred Myers, Rite Aid, and The Washington AG... We here in Richland want better people working at this store.
