My husband and I went to a Walgreens in Seattle, WA, to get our flu vaccines. We waited in line and watched a team of 5 people at the pharmacy counter serve 3 customers. Every customer had a similar complaint: they were previously going to a Walgreens at another location that had closed. They were there to pick up prescriptions that they reported were "longstanding" or had "been getting for years." The pharmacy staff could not: 1) find their prescription or 2) didn't have their prescription ready. The conversation became more and more heated. Meanwhile we waited 25 minutes in line for an already scheduled appointment. It became apparent that Walgreens isn't a happy place to go to or work at. #ImissBartels
