I won't be shopping at Walgreens any more. The service is atrocious for delivery.
Part of an order came. When I asked the driver where the rest of my order was, he said, I don't speak English". Obviously he did as he knew what I said and answered me in English. So another call to customer service, with another wait. I'm told the rest of my order was at Store 28115 in Wesley Chapel. I called there and the woman, Rodriguez (I think she said, who kept calling me "hon"), said this store doesn't deliver and that I would have to come and pick up the order. I then asked to speak to the manager, and Jacob came on the phone. Another frustrating conversation. Obviously your employees do not know what service you provide. Jason said, the woman meant she doesn't deliver! Back to Walmart and Amazon, for dependable deliveries and service.
Recommendation: DO NOT SHOP AT WALGREENS!!!
