Walgreens review: Mistaken charge

On about July 5th, I picked up a Rx that usually costs $5, and the Walgreen associate told me to put my card in, but the price showed $7.18. I then told her that with my Epic card, it is usually $5. She instructed me to put my credit card in again. A few days later, in checking my Credit card statement, I see charges of $7.18 and $5., When I talked to a Pharmacy associate, I explained, over and over, that $7.18 is an overcharge, and I was charged twice. They went back & forth with other associates, and absolutely refused to refund my money. They had all kinds of excuses why they "can't" ! Even tho this is a small amount of money, it is the dishonesty & the lack of principle they have, and I will never use Walgreens ever again!
