For the past year I have been unable to get my Ozempic as needed. The medication was on auto refill but never and I mean never gets filled when the date arrives and I run out. I have run weeks behind and made numerous complaints to the pharmacy. I am told multiple stories as to why the medicine is not on hand and one employee stated that they just did not order it until the insurance approves my refill. When take the medicine a week behind it takes another week for it to actually work. I have moved my medicine now to Optum.
Desired outcome: I hope someone at Walgreens store sees this complaint and hope others just quit using the pharmacy. Maybe the store manager will take heed as to how people feel about their service.
