I am in complete awe of how this company has gone downhill. I have to call 3 times to be sure that my prescription is ready only to be told I have no prescription after I get there. Which I now find out that yes, I do still have a refill, and these are completely useless people. How many people does it take to get it right? I'm going somewhere that the employees are competent and have some work ethic.

Desired outcome: Hire people who actually care
