Walgreens review: Getting prescriptions filled

Lincolnton walgreens needs a technician asap. Last month their computers were down over 2 weeks I was informed I could get it filled at another walgreens. 30 min away I am supposed to be inconvenienced because they can't get their equipment fixed in a timely manner. If I wanted to get it filled at another location I would choose a other pharmacy. Last week their drive thru was down. Tonight their computers are down again. This is not the way to take care of your customers. And the smart remarks from staff assures us you don't as a company take care of their needs. Do you think you can get something done
