Walgreens review: Filling a rx

I called the Walgreens pharmacy to lodge a complaint. No assistance. I prescribed Suboxone 4/1 mg SL and the pharmacy dispensed 8/2 mg SL - an aggregious error. All the numbers I called just had me on hold for over 15 min. When I finally reached someone..."I'll let my manager know". I don't believe they will. How can you treat addiction - taper a patient off a narcotic when the pharmacy sets the whole delicate process backwards. I'll look in to calling the State Board. These large chain pharmacies are dangerous. Numerous times they filled a discontinued prescription.
