Walgreens review: Employee

Today at about 2:30 pm MST, I called our local Walgreens to check on my son's medication. Sara, an employee at the pharmacy, spoke with my husband (he had her on speakerphone). She was so rude that he became flustered. I took the phone, hoping to calm her down. Instead, she was rude and interrupting, she literally said, "your doctor said we do that but let me tell you, your doctor is a liar." She refused to pay attention when I explained that I had been dealing with doctors and Walgreens for my son's entire life - I'm not new to this. She continued being rude, so I said, "let me speak with a supervisor". She replied, "sure" and hung up. I assume someone was near so she was trying to pretend the call ended... no, she was rude and she hung up.

She needs to find another job. Maybe unemployment will bring her down a few notches from her high horse.
