Walgreens review: Delivery of medications to customers -Jessie Slade 7 Phillips Farm Rd. East Hartford,Ct 06118

I went to the doctor on 8-7-2023 at10:15-am as not feeling well with a fever of 101. They ordered an antibiotic at Walgreens 922 Silver Lane, East hartford, Ct,06118. I stopped on the way home and the prescription was not ready so they said they would have it delivered by 4:00 to 4:30pm. It did not come so called they said to wait until 5:30pm and if not delivered to call. I did not receive meds so called again. They said Door Dash would be contacted as may have delivered them to wrong address. In the meantime they could refill my order and could come pick it up. I am sick and need them to deliver! They said they do not have enough help to do this! I contacted the Manager was was disconnected. It was determined my meds were delivered to the wrong address.

You NEVER SHOULD JUST LEAVE MEDICINE ON A DOOR STEP! The person was home and found them on their doorstop and delieverd them to me. My medicine was late getting to me and needed.

It was just luck the person was home but could have been on vacation and who knows how long the meds would be on the door step or stolen!

Also your new way of combing your meds to one time is not good. I was told

all my prescriptions were ready and $600.00 due! I canot afford this method of

having prescriptions all at once!
