The black lady at Walgreens on Quintard Ave in Anniston, Al was very rude to me an elderly white lady. My prescription was called in to another store yesterday and I got there too late and they are closed today (Sunday). I asked her to fill the prescription and she said I can’t see on my computer you need to call your Dr to call in here. Not possible so I went all the way to Jacksonville Al Walgreens and she said no problem. I had medication in 5 minutes. The black lady at Quintard location is a RACIST AND LIAR BECAUSE ANY WALGREENS COULD SEE THAT PRESCRIPTION! Fire her

Claimed loss: Had to travel 40 miles sick to get my prescription

Desired outcome: Get rid of such customer service

I doubt that race has anything to do with it. She must however she must be an affirminitive action hire.
