On Nov.8 my doctor called in Novolog, at the Francis Lewis Blvd. and Hollis Ave location Queens N.Y. I tried to make contact for two days, the phone system kick me out the system 3 times. I made contact today 7 days later, this Walgreens location didn't not refill my prescription until I called today which they say will be ready tomorrow. It took 7 days!

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Guy Rhodes # [protected]

Desired outcome: Like to have a response! Where is the customer service??
