Walgreens review: Bad customer service

I was waiting for someone to help me in the photo dept and a woman helping another woman finished so I asked her for help. She was just annoyed to be even helping us just by her movements and hurrying and on her cell phone. She says sorry we don't have anymore attachment cords to download your pics. I said the other woman you just helped may have the cord I need. She says nastily"mam I don't have any cords. You'll have to come back another time". I said I've never had this problem here. "She says what do you want me to do I can't help if customers steal all these dam cords". The lady that was waited on handed me the cord from her computer and it worked.

This employee was rude and not trained properly in customer service. I have been in customer service over 45 years and I never have I treated anyone like this. I've been with Walgreens for many years. The woman name is Cara and she works in Store # 4727 I can only hope that one of your cooperate persons could go in undercover and experience what your customers and experiencing. I had to let you know so that this issue maybe attended to. Thank you, Gina
