Walgreens review: Auto refill

Drugs on auto refill suddenly disappear. I do not get any notice and run out of drug thinking auto refill will submit an order.

Some drugs disappear so that I cant go to walgreens to request refill. I have to go to dr to write new rx.

Fax to dr for refill often doesn't get to dr. Happens to many dr. Many dr say thisis a walgreens problem for many patients.

Calls to pharmacy take 20-90 min on hold.

Pharmacies are understaffed.

Drive thru take forever.

In store counter takes 20-60 mins

I have had it. I've been with walgreens for 20-30 years at many locations. No more, i'm going to another pharmacy.
