I purchased a Patio set made by Sun Bridge patio furniture under the label of "Better Homes & Garden" product line and sold by Wal-Mart. The product came with a 3 yr warranty. I have owned the product for 2 yrs 2 mo. It was used seasonally here and very well taken care of. This season as we ready to use the set, we noticed the windings that held the cushions up was breaking and unwinding. Needless to say, it is unusable to us now.
All 3 companies were contacted and they all passed-the-buck on to each-other...the worst and most rude was Wal-Mart. We are out $364.00 with a Patio set that is non-functional.

I bought 2 chaise lounge chairs and cushions from Walmart under the Better Homes and Gardens label. It was painful enough to pay the high price for these chairs but now I get to watch them fall apart a little bit more every day. These are a dark sandstone color with a heavy braided style along the arms and the back. They have literally disintegrated every day. The material that was used to make these chairs lasted less than one season. Horrible. Why wouldn't this manufacturer want repeat customers. Huge waste of money. Don't buy them. The cushions are equally as bad and also lasted one season.

I only just purchased a four seater set from Walmart under the label Better Homes and Gardens. "Better" my ###. The fabric, after 4 months, is disintegrating into a powder residue and is ripping so easily that if I poke the fabric with my finger it pokes a whole right through. I'm disgusted that I'm out 600 dollars, on top of a time when money is tight to begin with. I will NEVER buy from either store again.

That is frustrating. I purchased the patio couch, 2 chairs and one lounger in 2008. I have not had your problem but am ready for a new chaise bottom cushion and have learned that while this product is still being sold in various walmart's they do not all have replacement cushions and BHG does not sell or make replacements to go into the product. Do you have the lounger? May be interested in buying cushions from you if you are interested. Let me know what you got--- email susanpeeler@msn.com- texas
