I was terminated from walmart on a meal exception, I went to lunch on the time as posted on my schedule at the store and schedule was also posted on www.mywalmart.com at hope schedule times were identical. I was told 4minutes over I have every reason to believe that walmart management changed my schedule intentionally in other words they set mr up. it is so unfair to be terminated for an issue that is the stores fault. I am looking for justice this is the second time they have done this to me.

With that many "warnings" they obviously did what they were supposed to. You could have waited that four minutes before punching back in, because they give up 14 minutes leeway before you're considered late. Not only were you stealing company time for eating on the clock, you also committed insubordination by consistently doing it after being told not to 5-6 times, because it looks like you were blatantly doing it (and it looks to us the same way). You've proven here, easily, that you had no argument to use against them.

Walmart allows leeway for punching in and out. You don't get written up for being late as long as it's 14 minutes or less. You don't get written up for leaving early as long as it's 9 minutes or less. Not sure on the lunch one, offhand, but you probably would have been better off punching back in 4 minutes late, then punching in on time and then going back to eating your lunch. Walmart has an extremely generous 1 hour lunch break...most employers give you 20 or 30 minutes, some even less. You obviously need to work on your time management skills. What were you doing for the majority of your lunch break that you couldn't finish eating in an hour? Even if I eat a big lunch, I can do it in 20-30 minutes easily and I'm a slow eater. Something seems slightly fishy about this story.

seriously? you get an hour for lunch and cant finish your food on your own time but have to be back on the clock to finish eating? that is called STEALING TIME [censored]bag! just like an employee can be fired for talking on their phone while punched in. unless it's an emergency they should not be on their phone while working. if you were also warned 5 times but still didnt get the hint then that leads me to believe that you intentionally gave them a reason to fire you to collect unemployment.

They just wanted a reason to fire you because you're a good-for-nothing [censored] who's dumb as a rock and can't spell for ### or use proper grammar and deserves to be unemployed. I give props to Walmart for that one.

madc you idiot they can. They did it to me. I know I punched in on time because I keep track of the time i go to lunch. I punched exactly an hour later. I had not done my food yet so I took four minutes to finish my food in the staff room after punching in. They said it was work/time fraud since they were paying me for those four minutes I was on break so I made it up and waited four minutes when my shift ended and punched then so i would get my full hours. They said that I was did this often that i was often on the clock and was talking to employees in the lounge and this is against company policy. You probably suck up to yur managers. I was not four minute late. I punched in on time. I just needed four minutes to adjust my food and the store manager can adjust my time. He told me that I was not allowed to punch in and go back in the employee break room. He told me if I did this again he would fire me. I was like ### this and I had not finished my lunch so I punched in on TIME. They had securty watching me. Dont trust their own employees have cameras in the lounge. Then he said he told me at least sixtimes that this was against company policy. Another lie since he only told me this 5 times. Shut up you don't know the facts management is in the wrong. I was not late ever. I always punched out on time. If I needed extra time to finish a conversation or finish my meal I took it after punching in. Which store do you work at mad?
