Waffle House manager

I was a frequent customer at the waffle house on Cobb Pkwy in Acworth ga until recently. And by frequent I mean 4 or more times a week. I will no longer be giving my money to an establishment that condones the manager to treat her employees the way manager Meagan does. In the last few months I have noticed it's certain ones she treats like garbage. Usually the ones busting there butts while she and the others are sitting there conversating about there personal business and bragging about pills they took that so called having them running around. On the 19th of June meagen felt the need to hollar across the restaurant that she was able to keep up due to taking tramadol that day. I am shocked that waffle house isn't more selective with the hiring of such managers. That establishment is nothing but a drama infested, obviously drug induced, rude, disrespectful management team. Meagan and Nicole being the ring leaders of the bunch. I know I'm just one person (about $100 week) loss, but I will definitely pass the word around on a daily basis as to let everyone know they would be wise to take there money else where.
Kudos waffle house on hiring such an unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, unethical manager.

Waffle House food

The waffle located in florida city, fl is brand new and has the most disgusting sirloin and t bone steaks i have tasted. No seasoning and extremely tough to chew. The meat could not be cut by the knife no matter how you ordered it. I will never eat there again. It was made known to the waitress and she appeared not to be surprised by my complaint. Not even a can i get you a new one.

Waffle House waiter had bad attitude

Service could have been better. Our waiter (Shaun) was being rude. His attitude while taking our order was uncalled for. We ordered drinks and when my water/lemon came, I noticed something on the inside of my cup. I asked for another cup of water and asked that my lemon be placed in a separate container. He walked away shaking his head. We wanted to leave but decided to stay. While our food was being prepared the customers behind us left and the employees proceeded to talk about not getting a tip. Our waiter actually had the nerve to jump in the conversation. There was no professionalism anywhere in that establishment. We are from out of town and I doubt that we will ever return to that location.

Waffle House server

A server on your 2nd shift at j o nes loop. At unit 522 was on her phone yelling and cussing her boyfriend while slamming dishesand got water on me 2 times..very rude ..i asked her to let me eat..she slammed a bit more..her nametag said jennifer..please have a talk wiith her ..ruined my meal.todays date is june 17th i was there around 7:57. ..i love waffle house and that was by far the worst i ever had in all my 30 yrs of visiting ..

Waffle House I am complaining about 2 employees

On two different days the same person has cause problems inside the store. His name is Travis an his girlfriend name is Jackie they are employees from another store because the store they work at is being remodel. Name this man Travis has threaten another employees life inside the store in front of customers her name is Amanda. His girlfriend Jackie also threaten Amanda. I am a paying customer an I eat at this store on Elmsley in Greensboro alot. I dont know everything that is going on but I also spoke to management an nothing was done.. It is very unprofessional to have your employees acting out the way they do coming from another store. These 2 are from Gate city Waffle House in Greensboro NC. I'm just praying no one gets hurt before anything is done about this.

Waffle House wh 430 racetrack rd, washington pa

6/8/2019 4:30-5:30 P M. Usually stop there on the way to Meadows Casino, Washington PA
The WH was about 1/2 full. The older waitress took our order ant told us the cooks were screwing with her, but she would work with us. She brought our drinks, complained again, started calling out the order & stopped in mid sentence. Something was happening with the cooks! The people next to us got the wrong order & she spent time correcting it, apologizing to them, then us again! One cook left, saying, "I'm leaving, good luck today". Dishes fell & she was yelling for the other waitress. I wanted to leave, but my wife kept us there. Our orders came about 5:15 P. M.—-wrong, but we ate them quietly & quickly left during shift change, feeling extremely uncomfortable & edgy the remainder of the evening.

We travel in out retirement, mostly to NC, SC & Fl & frequently stop at WH without issues, but decided then & there the WH at Racetrack Rd will never be one of our stops again!

Waffle House the workers

We just left waffle House in laurel Ms 7 people working and only one waitress besides the cook doing thier jobs could not get our drinks then the girl got mad when we ask for silver ware never came back to ask if we needed more drink the couple that walked in with us left because they sat there for 30 min and nobody took thier order or got them drinks by the way the only one doing thier job had a broke toe and couldn't hardly walk this place needs to be shut down or every one fired and hire a new crew😠😠😠

Waffle House service

In Dothan al. Waffle house on Hwy 84 and dothan circle east intersection. Walked in and only 5 other people in restaurant. Sat at table 15 min. With no acknowledgment from staff. Got up and left. Could not even get eye contact from staff. Very rude. The date was 6-7-2019. Time 5:15 5:30 pm. Will not go to that waffle house again even though we frequently are in Dothan al.

Waffle House food and ceiling leaks

My husband had ordered his hash browns scattered smothered and covered. They didn't add the onions he told the waitress. When she brought the onions back to him he discovered a cockroach on the plate that had been fried with the onions. Needless to say our meal was ruined and we are both sick to our stomachs over this. How can someone cooking not notice a bug in the food when they are not cooking? Not only was a bug in the food there is water constantly dripping from a light fixture behind the stove where they cook! This Waffle House is the most disgusting one I have ever been in and will not return to it again probably won't go to a Waffle House for a very long time

Waffle House service and/or attitude of employee.

As I walked in to take a sit, of course the booth was dirty. I proceed to ask the employee was anyone sitting there she rudely responded to me she didn't know. As I thought I would have a peaceful cup of coffee and some breakfast with the rudeness I had to order and eat in car because I was on my way to work. Store #1699 need a little training on how to treat the customers.

Waffle House service

Sat down ordered all star with double hash brown, scattered, smothered, covered double cheese and onion. Well done bacon and waffle for me and my husband ordered regular bacon, well done waffle his hashbrowns ordered like me, double everything. We got our breakfast minus waffles and minus bacons. We got our waffles 15 minutes later and after asking for our bacon numerous times, we got it 30 minutes after our eggs. The hashbrowns were doubled but the cheeses and onions were not. But we were charged for it.

Waffle House management

Before i sue manager at #326 491 pineygrove rd for retaliation. Something has to be said or done. She cut hours for no reason when clearly majority of everyone is full time. I would love if corporate stop by and ask everybody that works there about the management. Its to many close friends. And manager is not treating everyone fairly. She talks to everyone with disrespect while customers looking, instead of taking you to the back to discuss the issue. Crazy woman don't even check the cameras but everyday its draw shortages and no one get handled like she says. But lie and say she check cameras. Store #326 need help with management. Literally. I guarantee everyone that works there except 1 person will have something to say. And i don't even want to tell you about pur pay. 🤦

Waffle House management

I was an employee until Jan. 3rd 2019. I need to know how to file a discrimination charge on a manager due to I was unfairly fired and when I reapplied to another store and they asked him about me (I was told to reapply by another manager) he said something to the lady that she wont tell me and they refused to hire me. [protected] Amelia Johnson. I was fired for forgetting to pay for a ticket for a hashbrown bowl my husband ate when he dropped me off for work. I have forgotten before due to getting busy and was simply reminded and went and got my money and paid for it. The other was a ticket that the manager Josh said was missing was NOT missing I myself covered that ticket due to Josh was cooking and after redoing the customers OE eggs 4 times and still never getting them OE that customer decided he just wasn't going to eat his eggs. He waited over 20 minutes for his order to been redone correctly and it never was, by the time he got it his eggs were almost OW and the rest was cold. I refused to give him a ticket due to it being ridiculous for him to pay for a breakfast he couldn't even eat. The manager got upset that I didn't give him a ticket and called and told his boss Mitch (that is his close friend) that I was giving away free food. I got busy and completely forgot about the hashbrown bowl all I needed was a reminder and it wouldve gotten paid for just like had been done in the past, and I used the $10 tip that the other customer gave me to cover his ticket for his food he couldnt eat. I was told by another manager to apply to another store that needed help and I did and was denied due to whatever was said to the lady that called to get a management reference. I dont understand why he would block me from working at another store that he doesnt go to? But just because he doesnt like me shouldnt be any reason I couldnt work for that company.

Waffle House one person there

I went in to waffle house # 643 on May 13 @ around 6 o clock pm. and saw that the cook left the premises while the young server who is a minor was there alone. She was cooking and waiting in customers the cook said he would call the store in 5 min. Not sure how long he was leaving for just don't think it is safe or fair to leave a 16 year old young lady there alone. Please address this matter

Waffle House employee

This is a ghetto waffle House that has a rasict white waitress there by the name of Britney Tapia. She discriminates serving African Americans and on top of that she's a criminal. She has an assault charge and criminal trespassing so why was she even hired in the first place. There's no way I'd ever want her near my family knowing that. The manager never cared about how she acted at work, starting fights and discriminating against certain customers so he's just in the wrong as her. Plus her mother works for Waffle House in HR so as long as she's there nobody's going to fire her.

Waffle House cashier and service

I arrived at your restaurant Saturday morning and order 2 meals to take to work for myself and a co-worker.
I ordered the All american Star, plus 2 eggs over easy medium and a large bacon, your workers were talking, laughing and playing rap music, inquired with waitress on how much longer will food be available to go due to part of our food was cooked and sat in the container uncovered for about 30 minutes while other orders behind us was being completed, tried to discuss with the cashier who took order about food being cold and uncovered, your cashier got very nasty about the food and wrapped the bacon in some paper and push the bag over to me..
I got to work which is not 5 minutes around the corner, my co-workers american star was completely cold eggs with cheese was stiff and our bacon was burnt and inedible at all, I called restaurant to discuss this matter about food and the confrontation your worker put on with me at the restaurant.
I am very displeased with this form of customer service and was very surprised to be treated like this considering all our employees from this Amazon locations services your restaurant.
I would like this matter to be handle considering I payed almost 20.00 for food that had to be thrown in the trash due to being pure Dee cold and disgustingly nasty.
and your workers need customer service training, due to they have none.

Waffle House poor service

I am a regular customer. Usually, the service is great. Tonight, I came in uniform. Very rarely have I ever been treated like I was tonight. Our waitress spent more time cackling with the other waitresses in the corner or smoking than they did working. We asked for a to go plate and were completely ignored. I never got a refill on my coffee.
When other customers came in, they were taken care of immediately. Apparently, veterans are unwelcome at this restaurant.

Waffle House I am complaining g about horrible service and horrible food

Hello my name is Fawn, I am a customer at waffle House frequently!, Last time I went to have dinner there with my family the waitress was very rude and had horrible body hygiene, not helping when we walked in the table was a mess, we ordered 2 1/2 lb double Angus burgers with hash browns off he same kind for both orders chunked, covered diced, well our burgers we're horribly sloppy and greasy! Our produce condiments were wilted and one of the orders of hash browns were made wrong after being repeated the order twice from the waitress and it didn't help the cook with shaggy hair wasn't even wearing a beard net or a hair net i am impalled with this place this is the most disgusting meal in my life and the money, and when we complained the waitress wanted to fight my husband and started cussing and being very disrespectful never again!

Waffle House food was cold

Waitress was to busy flirting with other employee and totally forgot about my food on the counter for 5 mins till another employee ask who still had food out before she realized it was her tables food on top of never coming back to the table to offer refills or to ask about our food and continued to flirt the whole time at the waffle house in Wiggins ms 39577. Her name was kay. On top of that she also wrote our check before even getting the food we ordered.

Waffle House service at waffle house 1643 ion forest park

I was given uncooked bacon, and when I called for my waitress, I heard her say I was getting on her nerves and could someone else take my table, I had to wait for a while to get a cup of coffee. I ask for a coffee and the waitress screamed dam. When I complained to the manager about the bacon, she said she cooked the bacon, but the bacon had not been cooked all the way. She said she sent me some more, but I never received the bacon, she just apologize
