UPS review: My experience with a pickup package.

My title should be about no one following instructions! Also, no one is listening to my complaint. Then they will not tell me their protocol of handicap people, when the driver comes. They don't knock on the door, and they don't say nothing, and I don't know they're there. Then they just reports no one available for the pickup. Which is completed lie! I have been here every single day, dau in day out! Because I am totally handicapped, I can't get about very easily, on top of that I got carpal tunnel syndrome, plus I had one surgery and I just got another surgery on the second one on the other hand. My front door is STUCKED when it rains. I also have the problem they saying that no one is available. If I do hear them knock, then I'm going to do my best to get to that door, it might take me 5 minutes might take me 10 minutes, but I'm going to my best to get to that door. I only have one that actually knocked on my door, and that was the first day when the first request was sent out, and I could not open the front door so I asked him to come to the back door. I rushed myself as best I could and struck my head out of door and said come in. I was only talking about in the open up that makeshift greenhouse on my back porch. He didn't even come up to the porch. I stepped back in to get the package off my sofa in my living room. I got it, made my way back to that patio door, to the porch, and he was gone driving off at that very minute. He drove off on my driveway, and left me without picking up the package or leaving the sticker to return the package to Amazon. He stated that I was unavailable for that pickup, on that return, that's outrageous lie, and he knows that .
The second one, I didn't hear, or see anything at all, and I was outside trying to listen for a truck to drive up I never heard the truck. Most of time and I'm in the backyard trying to fiddle around with my garden. They're instructed to go to the back door, not the front door, but they're not doing it. If they would go to their directions first they would never miss me, because if I'm up there early in the morning. I will be taking out my chihuahua to use the bathroom. I sit down underneath my gazebo. I'm 72 yrs old, I have a lot of medical conditions like I got rheumatism arthritis. I got failed surgery from my operation back in 1992, a failed RECONSTRUCTION SPINAL FUSION. I'm in a wheelchair for that . I do try to walk in my house by holding on things or using my Walker or possibly a cane. My dilemma is if I'm in the backyard evidently, I can't hear them in the front yard if they're knocking on my door. they do not try to check any
else out if I don't come to that front door they say I ain't home. Well what happened to following instructions . If they did follow their instructions like they should have they would have ran right into me I was sitting out back waiting for the second one to come to me and I didn't hear. Finally today I find four little stickers on my glass door on the front porch but I had to go around outside with in my wheelchair get up the steps and pull them stickers off to look at them . That proves right there they are not following the protocol they were told to do. They're instructed to come to the back door go up on the deck go through the door I'm just make shift Greenhouse and knock on the patio door. I want to know what is the protocol for handicapped people because somebody needs to educate your employees. I'm not going to do this, but I can sue you for that. They're loss about handicapped people that you're supposed to follow as in the instructions protocol, and they're not doing that, because if they did that your employees aren't doing that at my expense! I live by myself, I don't have nobody living with me, so I need more understanding. I can't run I can barely walk. Nobody's willing to help me, wait for me to get to them, just like young men left the very first day not waiting for the package. I'm on a deadline date, because of the window us closing on me. I need them to come back pick up this package, today! I'm on a deadline date, because of the window is closing on me, the 25th . Tomorrow the last! 25th they better get here ! Or I'm going to have face that I won't get my refund from Amazon. That is way too much money to overlook.
