Every parcel delivered by UPS Mauritius misses the scheduled delivery date by several days at best.
The parcels arrive in Mauritius in good time. It is the local agent of UPS (Velogic Ltd) that are responsible for the delay. Unlike DHL, they only reach out to the customer well after the parcel has reached Mauritius then proceed with customs clearance at snails pace. They are a model of inefficiency / incompetence.
If on time delivery is important, use DHL.

Recommendation: Avoid UPS Mauritius - use DHL
