As usual, I ordered from a big box store, where the COST COmes up, and I have no say in shipping. Once again, my package leaves the shipper a day or two later than ordered, on account of "waiting on carrier to pick up". Then, once again, after pick up and package is on the way, UPS wants to give my package a tour of the Country, with a restful weekend stay, before moving again. Then, when my package was suppose to arrive between 11a and 2pm, it is now scheduled for sometime before 9pm tonight.
Yes, UPS management cutting employees all for the all mighty American Stock Market, sure has done wonders for those who are forced to use their service.
Recommendation: It's not the employees who done this to a once storied delivery system, but rather the cuts of management to increase profits over customer service.
