I received a Cologuard collection package, I followed all of the instruction so that all would be correct and accurate, on Friday the 13th of March I went online and scheduled a time for pick up, Tuesday the 17th of March from 9:00 A M until 6:00 P M, I collected the sample and prepared it for pick up and on the 17th I placed the package on the front porch in plain site from the road at 7:00 A M to be sure that I wouldn't miss the UPS pick up. They never came and the package was still on the porch. I called UPS and they rescheduled the pick up for the 18th, once again they never showed up, once again I called UPS and wouldn't you know the rescheduled the pick up for the 19th, now we are going to day 3 and once again they never picked up the package, I have become increasingly concerned because, (Return Your Sample:
Use the prepaid shipping label included in your kit to send back your sample. Aim to return it on the same day or the next day after collection to ensure timely processing. ) This was scheduled for Air next day and was going to Exact Science in Madison Wi. and I live in Michigan, I could see that timely was out of the questions, I decided that I was through playing their little game and the sample would be useless at this point. I don't feel that UPS is concerned about the delivery or the customer. I am very disappointed and I will never use UPS for shipping.
Recommendation: Approach with caution, Beware.
