UPS Didn't receive package!

UPS Sucks! Horrible service! "technical issues" was problem according to "supervisor," the package wasn't on the truck."when tracking shows it was on the truck! Took the day off to be home to sign, basically got,"too bad"from the supervisor who called me from [protected] tracking #1z9yx3232426997744. Arrogant attitude! Ups sucks! Tracking now says,"the receiving business was closed and delivery has been rescheduled for next business day. That is a lie! I stayed home from work waiting here to sign for the package. The supervisor told me the packages wasn't loaded on the truck when it left this morning. I will gladly share my opinions with my 75,000 facebook followers.

Today's date: 7/18/2022, 4:32pm, still not delivered (I called and was promised a delivery at 4:00 pm-I was lied to).

Estimated delivery date is today at 7:00pm, when the business is closed!

Desired outcome: Full refund and additional credit to ship another package.

UPS UPS customer service

Lied to by 3 of the UPS phone reps. UPS doubled bill me on import fees, which included a ridiculous brokage fee which was 3X the tax fee. First I paid the reduced fee to the rep then when the package was delivered the driver billed the person who answered my door the full fee again.

I called UPS 4 times and was told the fees the driver took would be refunded back to the credit card it was paid with. Waited for the money to be refunded and it wasn't, so I called again and was told, again, it would be refunded which it wasn't. During the third call I was told by the rep they couldn't see the charge that was taken by the driver and I need to provide a copy of the credit card charge. So I got copy and when I called in for the forth time was told the money was in the process of being refunded. Then next day I received an email stating the refund was being sent to my via a cheque!

All the UPS reps know if to lie to people to get them off the phone.

Will never use UPS again and would not buy an item it UPS is the only shipping option.

Too bad I can't leave a rating of less then 1.

UPS UPS googles consumers who trace lost packages

UPS has admitted that they and sub contracted customer service representatives, both domestic and international, will at their discretion google a consumer and visit their website and the search does not add value to the relationship or transaction. It is not known, nor will they say what they do with the information and under what criteria a search can be conducted. This was confirmed by Scott Harris of the Atlanta office who is employed as a corporate customer relations manager. He agreed that upper management is aware and that I should not expect any communications from his boss Lonnie Perez operations manager, or her boss Steven Larsen. He was correct, as I e-mailed them, the CEO and several VPs. None have answered.

I discovered this when I learned that the Philippine outsourced customer service group accessed my website as I was tracing a lot shipment.

I am asking the Complaints Board to contact UPS on behalf of all consumers and request that UPS inform consumers that they will be googled or tell their employees not to do it, or reveal what they do with the information and what are criteria for such actions.

I truly believe that when a consumer calls to trace a package, they do not expect to be investigated.

um complaints board is a complaints site. they cant do anything to companies personally. the companies some times do see complaints here but not all companies do. As for who can help in asking them for disclosure...that's the FTC i believe [not positive].

UPS Delivery

July 5, 2022 around 1:00 PM. 4055 Falcon Street, San Diego, 92103

Driver throws package into plants, does not use entry gate even though I have set up an account and provided the gate code.

Other drivers have gotten into the building, this person was just lazy. I called out to her and said “ excuse me” and she yelled bak “YO!” and just walked off. I tried again and she drive off like a bat out of hell.

License plate on truck is California 45123J3

This service is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Reprimand the driver.

UPS Shipped bike arrived damaged. No communication or resolution now approaching 60 days since filing claim

I sold a bike on Ebay that was shipped UPS. It arrived damaged and the buyer rejected. I the seller and the buyer waited 4 days as UPS scheduled an inspection where the packaged arrived at the buyer in Vista California.

When the buyer signaled he was rejecting as the bike was damaged I checked tracking from the UPS regular portal and they were clean. I then went to tracking through a UPS box store and found an acknowledgement that the package was damaged in shipment, that UPS would continue shipment and notify me the shipper of the damage. The UPS tracking and words are in the photos below.

None of this was done. It took 3 weeks to get to Corporate to get someone that would get past the South American intentional dead end phone banks there to eliminate any claims. They sent out forms twice. I filled out forms twice. That was 90 days ago.

I had a carbon Bike my 10 th bike shipped, 3rd through UPS and first ever damaged. It was bubble wrapped with derailleur removed and as UPS recommends. It was packaged almost UPS proof. A forklift tine or something metal its size went through the side of the box compressed the down tube. It cracked, at the v-Brake both rear down stays and cannot be repaired or sold because of liability created by the damage and warranty now voided. The frame replaced would be $3800 as the Emonda Trek was new with 1221 Strava miles.

They assured me it was being addressed every time I contacted the them. I am now reasoning they never had any intention of paying even though I purchased additional insurance of $4000.

Desired outcome: Return shipping of Bike $423.75 Sold on Ebay for $3,350.00.Senders gasto UPS $26.25 labor $200.00 Total. $4000.00

UPS Amazon delivery

I love Amazon. BUT I do wish they'd stop using UPS for their so-called deliveries. They ship via UPS, but then UPS passes the packages off to USPS, and they are possibly worse than UPS... if that's even possible. I got a not from USPS that the package was too heavy (34 pounds.. which is the equivalent to a box of kitty litter). I have a note from USPS... "You need to pick it up yourself". WHAT? I shop via Amazon for the delivery vs shopping locally at... say... Home Depot. I called Amazon and they are now working with USPS to get them to deliver as they should have to begin with. When I called UPS, I got into a phone loop... no help whatsoever. What a bunch of professional losers they are.

UPS Delivery not attempted

My parcel sent from Vancouver to Brescia, Italy is kept for warehouse scan from 4 days. No update. I tried so many times on so many numbers but they used to give more numbers to call. I did live chat, paid for that, but still no answer. It was very important package and it was promised me that if you will be delivered in 2 days but it's still in warehouse for scan. This is very frustrating because if we believe UPS service, then they should value our belief. I want this issue to be resolved today. Tracking ID of my parcel is 1Z751AW10495810078. If there is need to pay duties and taxes, pls at least inform me.

UPS Delivery Service

UPS rerouted my package from the provided address to an old address locked to My Choice (users are unable to edit or delete My Choice addresses, tech support must delete them for you, which takes seven days to complete). Filed a claim about the missing package, claim was approved, but the steps needed to complete my claim electronically cannot be completed, as the button needed to be used to continue the process does not exist in the user interface.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and an apology for the low-quality and non-standard tech design and support resolution processes involved. Please use industry standards in IT, this is embarrassing.

UPS working from home....and can not recieve package

Working from home and UPS can not seem to deliver package to my house...but receive notice stating must pay extra, but can not deliver the package or knock on the door...the notice was delivered with out disturbing the guard dog located in the house which identifies that the vehicle did not drive onto the property...Check the door all day and no notice, and then checked it last time ...bingo notice...pay on line of the package goes back...you have delivery men now treating you...called customer service ...ask for a supervisor...stayed on the phone for ten minutes...no action, had to recall back and the lady sated call back within and hour...it has been 3 days now...and yet still no package...terrible service they should have there license revoked...worst service ever...please do not use them...garbage !

UPS Delivery

My delivery was delayed by three days even thought it was promised to be the fastest one. They kept changing my zip code over and over again without any reason since I’ve never had problems with it before. Then on the actual delivery date they drop of one of my packages and leave a note about the second one. Nothing on package tracking did tell me I had to be home and what time it actually arrives. Am I supposed to stay inside my house all day sitting next to the door? The note that driver left send me to the store for a pickup. Why do I have to put in the effort for them to do their job? But it’s fine, I went to the store today, and guess what? They still don’t have it. The store is literally less than a mile away. So I tried calling them to figure out where my package actually is. The machine wouldn’t connect me to a representative no matter what and would just hang on me. Last time I had experience with UPS it was terrible as well. They deliver my new PC to the wrong address without requesting signature even thought pc was 5-6 times more expensive than this package. Tracking is terrible, delivery is terrible, customer support is terrible. If I had a choice I’d never choose UPS.

UPS customer service/complaint department

A fraudulent account was created with my information at a UPS store in Broken Arrow, OK on 5/30/2022 and I received a bill for a shipment I didn't make. The complaint department rescinded the charge but refuse to take action against the account. With the account still in good standing, I can receive more bills for shipments I didn't make. I asked them to remove the account and they told me they can't. I did open an account on June 19, 2022 to try to resolve the bill issue without help from the complaint department but obviously couldn't. Prior to this issue I did not have a UPS account at all.

Desired outcome: Fraudulent account permanently removed and perhaps an investigation to find out who in that store created that account.

UPS Bad driver and seattle hub supervisor is rewarding him

S notices saying we weren't home, yet never knocked and never rang doorbell.

4. I showed him my NOTICE one day when I was helping a disabled NAVY SEAL. Driver said: WHAT ABOUT IT? That's weird because it was a small package still sitting on his truck and he refused to hand it over.

5. He started filling out UPS notices in his truck and claiming we agreed to pick up packages at Seattle HUB.

6. He then had our packages redirected back to New Jersey and Tennessee, even though DISPATCH already said they were going to have a DRIVER SUPERVISOR go with him.

7. He again refused to DELIVER a package for a MILITARY SPOUSE on FRIDAY and his SUPERVISOR said: He's not going to deliver to YOUR ADDRESS!

8. He then said he would make sure we had OUR PACKAGE on FRIDAY, it's SATURDAY and again DISPATCH said there's nothing they can do and maybe we'll get package on MONDAY. Again the DRIVER lied saying we'd pick up the package with NO UPS NOTICE left at our HOME and NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT.

9. He LIES and says he feels UNCOMFORTABLE, yet MOST DRIVERS just leave packages and don't cause problems for CUSTOMERS. He's lying because he knows exactly what he's doing to MESS with OUR ENTIRE FAMILY and STUDENTS who needed their BOOKS he sent back to TENNESSEE.

10. SEATTLE is playing the PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE game on STEROIDS thinking it's funny to back up a DRIVER who clearly doesn't care about SEVERAL CUSTOMERS. He's not only doing this to us.

UPS Shipping

Had an item that was supposed to arrive Friday. I go out for an hour, of course that's they hour they stopped by and left a note explicitly stating I can grab my shipment the next day from the UPS store - in the notes section it says to come to the UPS store tomorrow. Saturday I do just that and the lady helping me asks when I got it. I say yesterday (the slip she's holding is literally dated) and she launches into 3 different excuses as to why they don't have it, using a tone that implies I'm stupid for expecting them to. I check the shipment info online and it isn't going to go there til Monday now? The store is a mile from my residence, where on earth is the package? Why do I have to wait 3 days past the delivery date to think about looking at it? Why fo UPS employees work in tandem to humiliate the customer and make them feel stupid?

[censored] UPS. I'm going to go out of my way to try not to ever use them again for anything, even specifically requesting things not be sent thru them that usually would be, as they are by and large the least reliable, most annoying "reputable" shipping company in the US. Shippers: use FedEx or USPS where you can.

UPS Said there was not a lower shipping price

Heather at the ups store located at 23110 state rd 54 lutz fl said there was not a cheaper rate to mail my package to New Hampshire. When I told her it only cost $10.96 to ship it to me, how could it be over $25 to return. She said it coat more to send usps, and the package wasn't considered media mail which was true. However, felt she was deceitful since the company used ups and it only cost $10.96 to ship it to me.

UPS Delivery

How outdated can a company possibly be where they dont show you how many stops away they are like amazon or bother contacting the receiver on arrival at an apartment complex? Then the people on the other side of the phones are so unhelpful and nonchalant you wonder how they even have a call center as useless at theirs is. I hate ups and most importantly their workers are the absolute worst better customer service from a dying carcass.

Desired outcome: upgrade they offensively outdated system get with the times like amazon.

UPS Theft with-in ups

Attempted to ship: iPhone, phone case, crystals/gems, and a book.

1. The package NEVER left Bellingham WA. “Apparently” it left the ups store.

🚚 Not a single item in the package came back to the store, it was completely empty..

2. Police report completed

3. AT&T knows the person and the number linked with them who stole the iPhone and tried to set up a new account but is unable to give the officer or myself any information unless we get a lawyer. They were kind enough to give me the last known location. As stated it NEVER left Bellingham. #upsclaims stated the packaging was cheap & packaged poorly, in which I bought the packing at the UPS store & packaged it right in front of them.

Been getting run around for months now. They deny the claim for lame insufficient packaging. No one helps or calls back. Declared amount and paid extra for shipping. Sent pictures to ups store and did everything on our end. They are doing nothing.

UPS Won't deliver packages

Ordered package on 05/31/22, joined UPS My Choice so I could put it on hold. I put it on hold on the 2nd of June until the 9th, so it should've been delivered on the 10th. Not delivered. I have other packages, two more orders, from Amazon that should have been delivered by the 10th also, but not delivered. Interestingly enough, UPS did deliver to my house on the 10th, but not the packages I am missing. I'm missing 3 orders. When I put one of my deliveries on hold, I could see on my home cameras (I was away from home) that it was delivered and then removed. So, they have the package and could have delivered it with my other ones the delivered on the 10th, but they didn't. Of all my orders delivered by UPS, the most important one was never delivered, so it ruined my weekend and wasted my time, the time I had to do a home repair I needed the parts for I never received. I needed parts for my furnace, no heat in my home and UPS failed again. It is not the first time. They've left my packages by the road; they've confirmed a delivery they never made, and I never did receive the item. They've delivered items to my house that aren't mine etcetera. I have never had a similar problem with FedEx. So, I canceled my UPS My Choice membership, because if I had a choice, I would never choose UPS.

Desired outcome: UPS goes out of business and gives the world some relief.
