Foul Play
I ordered a product from T-Mobile that was due to be delivered on November 1st. It said it was out for delivery that day and would be delivered to my preferred access point. Later that day after no attempts to deliver the package, it was sent back to the sender. How can it say attempted delivery but needs signature, will try next business day, then one minute later say the package was never picked up from the access point? It was never delivered to the access point! Then I'm told they're not supposed to deliver electronics to access points. If that is true then it should be embedded into the bar code so when the system picks my address it say that it cannot be delivered to an access point. However, I didn't have this problem in the past.
Desired outcome: If it cannot be delivered to an access point the client should have the option to tell the driver to deliver it at a certain time like after work hours.
Sloppy delivery of package
This incident took place on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, and is regarding a package from HelloFresh, a food subscription service, tracking number 1Z2E2R79P209570263. I knew it would be arriving in the late afternoon, which was fine as the company packs its items so they can last. I received a UPS notification that the package had arrived and was marked FRONT DOOR. But when I opened my front door, nothing was there. I looked down the staircase as I'm on the second floor of my apartment building; I thought perhaps the package was on the stairs. It wasn't. I then looked over the banister and into the common hallway and found it flopped on the floor next to the built-in mailboxes. The box weighed approximately 15-20 pounds, so I had to maneuver up the stairs to my apartment.
I'm glad there are only 4 apartments in my building, and I know my neighbors in the building, but this was inexcusable of the driver. To mark it as delivered to my front door was hardly accurate. They left it where it was convenient for them, not me as the customer. I've seen drivers use a dolly if an item was heavy, so I don't know why one wasn't used in this instance. I live in a quiet building and thankfully haven't dealt with theft, but in an apartment complex, you never know who might move in. That your driver didn't take this into consideration;] I have no idea. As far as I'm concerned, the package was not delivered to my residence and put me in a predicament as I have back issues, which made it hard for me to lift.
This isn't the first time one of your drivers messed up and I'm unsure if it's the same person or not as I've never had this problem until recently. On October 15th I received a notification of two packages being left at my door. When I opened the door and looked everywhere, I had no packages. The next day, they appeared at my door, so I'm guessing one of my neighbors was kind enough to bring them to me - I'll never know who as they left no note. But again, this isn't something we should have to do.
Desired outcome: I want the current driver to deliver my packages correctly and to my front door, not in a common hallway or at the wrong apartment.
Delivery retaliation
The most recent retaliation happened on 10/31/2022 and then again on today, when contacting UPS in regard to UPS tracking number 1Z97466X0398677776, the driver stated that he could not deliver to package yesterday because of the code to the building, when clearly the driver has a key to the building. After being told that a manager of the delivery center would be calling me back in an hour, which never happened. Called back several times last night and again was told the manager would be calling me back time and time again. Called today at 12:59pm the rep of the call center, contacted the delivery center with me on the line. Jamie at the call center advised us that the package was on hold and did not go back out for delivery today. When I advised that regular delivery driver was on vacation and there was a new driver on the route. there are facts here that is clear signs of retaliation.
1. I called several times yesterday regards to this matter and was told that a manager from the center would be calling me back. Which never happened and could have been out for delivery if the manager of the delivery center would have called me or my mother back.
2. I gave the call center my mother's number [protected] Barbara Samuels the receiver for the package several times on 10/31/2022. The code to the building has never worked and the regular delivery driver has a key to the building, in fact the door has been unlocked for years now. And the driver delivered other packages to the building to resident within the building.
3. Why was the package put on hold at the center, when it could have been redelivered to my mother today? After I called several times yesterday evening.
4. Jamie told me the package was not being delivery today and was in a cage where she did not have a key. Then I told Jamie, I was contacting the inspector general in regard to the unprofessional behavior of the delivery center. Jamie stated that she can have a special delivery driver, delivery the package today.
5. This is clearly on-going retaliation from Washington State and North Carolina after complaint of public corruption, collusion, abuse of power, and acts of Rico
Plaintiff alleges that the codefendants of the US Post Office officials acted in their full capacity, conspired with defendants when they acted in their full capacity, when defendants cause injury, oppress, threaten and intimidate Plaintiff. Defendants/codefendants conspired to cause harm to the Plaintiff when tampering with plaintiffs’ vehicles and entering into Plaintiffs’ apartment located at 4210 Falmont Place Unit 207, Fayetteville North Carolina. Plaintiff alleges that defendants/codefendants conspired to cause injury to plaintiffs’ family member son Daequan Samuels. Defendants denied Plaintiff her equal protection under the law. Defendants denied Plaintiff her equal protection under the law. Defendants/codefendants caused a Plaintiff emotional distress and anxiety through extreme and offensive conduct including stalking the Plaintiff.
After reporting abuse of power, fraud, and corruption in North Carolina Department of Administration conspired with defendants and codefendants to stop all Plaintiffs communication by via mail. Plaintiff alleges that Plaintiff has been retaliated against for being a whistleblower. These defendants and codefendants conspired with criminals/actors are tampering with mail, phone calls, emails, credit reports and all financial information. What is happening here is Plaintiff alleges that all this is happened because after Plaintiff Dineen owner of DBA Dee’s Construction secured a contract with North Carolina Department of Public Safety where there were contract violations, that turned into criminal activity, then organize crime. There has been retaliation with threats on Plaintiffs and family members lives plaintiff son. Defendants and codefendant North Carolina Department of Administration and its public governmental Entities have done everything from hindering Plaintiff from working, and economically trying to destroy Plaintiff and her family. Plaintiff alleges that the North Carolina State Employee within the Department of Revenue conspired with the United State post worker and FedEx employees in tampering and diverting Plaintiffs mail to the EECO, IRS, Passport, and other information in regard to plaintiff bills and infringing on Plaintiffs right to privacy and equal protection under the law.
Plaintiff alleges and believe that the North Carolina state employee paid, and United State postal employees and FedEx employee tamper divert my mail to a North Carolina official. Driver did not leave my package
My package was not left at my apartment on 10/28 when there was an enclosed porch the driver could have left it on. I am upset that I had to wait for the package to arrive at the access point at Advanced Auto Parts and then had to go and pick it up it did not arrive until after 4 pm on 10/31. This driver has not delivered packages in the past that do not need a signature leaving a tag on the door. I understand that there are threats of theft and other reasons why a driver might not leave a package, but other delivery services don't have issues with leaving packages on my porch. It is unacceptable that I cannot receive my packages on time. I have always valued UPS’s service and they have had my deliveries to me on time or early. If the service is not going to be what I expect then I will shop at businesses that use other delivery services.

Dear Sir,
On Oct.27th, at 10AM, I delivered an envelope to UPS store # 3012 in Nashville and, to be shipped over the night to Canada and be delivered next day by 3PM, the postage cost was $98. In the store I was told that, as it is an international destination, we cannot guarantee the next day delivery because the delays may occur in Canada. But as attached prints of tracking steps and my comments on them, after 35 hours the package was still in Nashville (USA). It is obvious that UPS did not care about my overnight shipment request.
So I claim;
1- The full refund.
2- Returning my package with no cost to my address in Nashville, as delivering on Oct.31th is too late and it has spoiled my over the night shipment purpose.

Driver has harassed my wife
My Ups Driver harrased my wife and I confronted him about it he says it's because we didn't receive a package so I've had packages that were next day air and needed them asap ..so I've signed papers need but now he doesn't even stop or get out of truck at my home he leaves and drops off packages at ups store around my city now .. that I've actually went to UPS hub and complained to supervisor now he leaves my packages at the hub... I've tried to talk to another supervisor but the lady said "quote dude they not gonna talk to you" so now I'm going a step further
Desired outcome: Packages delivered to my home address... by a different driver if possible
We want packages sent through their service to be delivered to our address and not to have to go pick them up at their shipping location.
UPS has decided to stop delivering to our address. Their online information tracks the deliveries and falsely states that items have been delivered when I have had to go pick them up at the UPS shipping location.
It was claimed that their delivery person felt threatened by my husband. The day that delivery occurred, there was a witness there that could attest that nothing occurred to cause a threat to the delivery person.
All other facilities deliver to our location, but there are some institutions that will not use the other delivery services. They do not call when the deliveries arrive. If I do not know the deliveries are coming, they are sent back, and I am forced to pay additional delivery fees or lose my purchase.
We have discussed this with them and even though delivery persons have changed, they will still not deliver to our location.

I brought 3 packages into to be shipped. Paid $537.57. Three days later I got a call from them and the person said it was an error I needed $300. more. When I looked at the receipt I noticed there was more than one mistake I was now 1,000 miles away the person said if you don't like come get your packages. I was held hostage for my property. I paid an additional $216.60 and asked for a breakdown of how much was the box, the packing material and price to pack and the shipping cost. I got a lump sum answer with all new box sizes. I asked for the receipt and got a lump sum $216.60. The person who shipped and packed was told not to remove the sails off a wooden model ship with 6 sails well that person removed the sales and they are so intricate it is impossible to put back together. I insured the ship and put a claim in for damages for the ship and the shipping costs. I had to send it to UPS they denied it. Now I called and asked where is the ship send it back and am told to contact the shipper. This is the same one who ruined it. This person lied to me and the corporate office.

sent a package, It was damaged. paid for insurance of course. Product was 250.00. it was delivered 7/27/22. First they denied my claim with bold faced lies. once i called them out they approved it. well or so i thought. each time i call theyre is another reason why i havent been sent a check. always a different reason never the same. this is after i talked to three different people that said my check was approved and would be in the mail. want to speak with someone who has some sense preferably not customer service or claims dept because it is an absolute joke.

UPS Dangerous Driver
On October 22, 2022 (today), at approximately 2:30 PM, one of your drivers was delivering packages in Hawthorne, Buildings C and B inside Century Village in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The male driver was driving the wrong way and faster than the posted speed limit of 15 miles per hour. He was driving at least 25 to 30 miles an hour. I approached him and told him he was going the wrong way, and it was dangerous, and he can cause an accident. He ignored me and said I made a mistake. Then, I told him to turn around. He went into the elevator and when he got in his truck to leave, he did not turn around and sped down the road the wrong way.
There are elderly people in this community. When they are walking, they do not look for vehicles coming the wrong way. Years ago, one neighbor was hit by a vehicle going the wrong way exactly as your driver did today and later died from his injuries. In addition, the drivers of cars that are backing out from their parking spaces normally do not look for vehicles coming the wrong way which can cause a crash. Our mailman also witnessed the incident and concurred that what the UPS driver did was very dangerous.
Please speak to this driver so that he will not do this again.

Delivery, Customer Service
We requested a 2-Day delivery in the states and the package was lost. UPS found the package and delivered the following week. UPS billed us the full rate. After contacting UPS on a partial credit due to the late delivery, Maria, a supervisor in Cairo Egypt, advised that UPS does not give refunds for 2-day shipments-when delivered late. I am very disappointed first in receiving such poor customer service (after calling/reaching out to UPS over several days), but also to speak with someone out of the country.
UPS use to be reliable. The workers I have seen out and about locally are nice. When there is a problem, customer service is truly 'no service' of which is truly disappointing. We will not be using UPS any more in future.
Desired outcome: We requested partial credit on our bill to fit the 7-day delivery that was completed.

I called customer service as instructed on line on 10/13/22 and spoke too “Adam” about a delivery which was left at driveway next to street. Says on line that was dropped off at garage which is a lie.
Was told by Adam that I would be contacted back within (24) and that never happened!
I have pictures to prove the drop off location.
I am Senior Citizen, former US Marine and my 70-year-old wife with carpeltullel surgery loaded all the boxes on a cart to my garage so no-one would steal them being that they are along street.
I refuse to be treated by this and if I still do not get satisfactory results in my delivery issues, I will not only go to that press which would like to hear my story I will contact every President, Vice Presidents of UPS inwriting to get this resolved.

My delivery was scheduled for last Thursday with signature required. I waited all day. No delivery. The next morning delivery time was updated to that day, Friday. I waited all day. No delivery. No one to call or inquire. Cannot talk to a person. Now I’m waiting today, Monday. It’s my birthday present from my husband. Diamond earrings that were shipped via UPS. It’s become a nightmare for us both. Will NEVER use UPS again. They’re stuck in a warehouse 2 hours away and we can’t arrange pick up. Craziness.
Desired outcome: Why can’t we talk to a person at UPS to make alternate arrangements for pickup or delivery??
UPS Canada Claims department
UPS lost my parcel close to 3 months ago and till date I have not had a single person contact me back to update me on my claim. At least twice I week I phone UPS and am promised that someone will phone me back that day and it never happens.
It is absolutely pathetic customer service and I would never recommend utilizing the services of UPS to anybody.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded for the full value of the items that have been lost.
Misdelivery
Packages for 15454 Liberty Rd, La Pine Oregon. Last name DALTON (neighbors last is LaFord) have been left at the wrong address three times. One was delivered in BEND Oregon and the last two have been delivered to 15464 Liberty Rd. and left outside their gate on the road. Our property next door has easy access year round and a covered porch to deliver to. Both properties are clearly marked with house numbers at the driveways! I really do not appreciate the inconvenience and possible loss of my orders. I had to reorder the first package because it was delivered in the WRONG CITY! Drivers need to be literate enough to read clearly marked address labels and signs.
Desired outcome: Driver to PAY ATTENTION AND BE ABLE TO READ in order to get the products I order. I know the driver would not like to have to pay for the loss or replacement of the items they don't deliver properly but the customer does!!!
Preferred delivery?
I ordered a package and it was sent via UPS. i paid for 2 day delivery and instead of dropping it off at my address they instead informed me it cannot be delivered and to contact to set up a pick up point. I previously set up preferred delivery to a access point close to where i live which was all but ignored. they instead sent it over 40 mins drive away and when i tried to contact and get that changed to the correct pick up point, they say they cant find it even though it is on the website and im staring at the location. they then say there is nothing they can do and it will have to be picked up at that location. though on the delivery map there was 16 other places closer. your company literally makes 0 sense. I have never in my life complained about a company but holy crap this takes the actual cake. completely inept. DO NOT USE.

Charging to recieve prize
2 weeks ago I received a letter saying I won prize #[protected] I got a call about the prize sorry about not being called earlier but get a loan and call me back I went through this 7 years ago lost everything and so I called the 800 number and was told I did not win that you do not send out letters and that its a scam to tell the person that he was scamming me and not to call again

UPS customer service is pathetic.
Literally 80% of the packages I get from UPS are either destroyed or the contents are laying on the front doorstep. It does no good to file a complaint because all you get told is I'm sorry you feel that way. This place is turning as evil as amazon. If you go into the main office to file complaint or pick up a package all you hear is complaining and griping going on throughout the whole office.
Desired outcome: Drivers who are intentionally destroying packages need to be fired.
Vehicle breakdown in my drive
Tow truck knocked over my mail box and damaged it. I want it replaced. The tow truck just left my property at 8:40pm. He did not come to the house to notify me, he just drove off. I captured him putting it back up on my ring camera and I took pictures. He knocked it loose from the frame and knocked number off.
I watched the tow truck driver pick the mail box and post up off the ground and try to put it back up. Now it’s leaning and loose from brace attaching box to post.
Desired outcome: Replace the mail box with similar box. Replace numbers on box. Replace metal ornate pole
