UPS My address has been blacklisted

December 2022 My son was visiting my home and had a psychotic episode when ups driver pulled in my driveway the driver lied and said my son pulled a gun on him which was false the driver never got out the truck nor did my son approach the truck. if any of this was true why didnt ups press charges? now I cant recieve any packages from them.went to the ups warehouse to talk to management and was told to bad. i tried to explain my son doesnt live at my address and that it was unfair that i was being punish for someone with mental issue who doesnt live at my address and was told oh well. this is unfair and unjust.

UPS Parcel release and delivery taken 3+ weeks and now i'm charged over 6400 baht

My family sent me a parcel which arrived to Thailand UPS before Dec 12, 2022. Since December 12, UPS has continuously requested more and more information from me (32 emails so far), incl. pictures of the items in the parcel (which I obviously don't have as I haven't received the parcel yet), financial receipts of the items, brand names of the items and exact materials of some of the items.

In addition, UPS has asked me to go to the Thai customs office twice to update my information (for one of these visits I had to cancel my holiday and fly back to Bangkok). The reason for these visits to the customs was that UPS could not deliver the parcel because my middle name (which I never use) was not in the customs system. I have never had such an issue with a parcel, and never had to go to customs to update my details to receive a parcel.

The parcel contains some food items which have gone bad during this handling of the parcel.

All this has taken over 3 weeks and now UPS is charging me over 6,400 Thai baht (nearly 190 USD) for fees which includes storage charges (over 3,000 THB), warehouse fees and formalities service fees among other customs fees, majority of which are due to the extremely unprofessional and slow handling of the release and delivery of this parcel by UPS which has caused the storage charges to skyrocket.

The parcel doesn't have a high financial value (1000 THB) but contains an item that has of great sentimental value to me so I do not wish the parcel to be destroyed and would like it to be delivered ASAP as I have spend countless hours trying to solve the issues and UPS has not been helpful.

I would like UPS to reimburse me the value of the fees they are asking, incl. the value of the food items that have gone bad during these 3 weeks that this process has taken so in total of 7,416.5 THB.

Desired outcome: I would like UPS to refund me the 7,416.5 THB incl. the fees UPS are asking for me to pay and the value of the items in the parcel that have gone bad.

UPS Unpaid/settled damaged item claim

08/05/2022 shipped package via tracking # 1Z14V49E0300778497 to Teresa Thompson 6063 Malloy Ave. Ferndale WA.[protected] item arrived broken. Buyer had me issue her a refund and another return shipping ticket - which I did under tracking # 1Z9D31TJ0320021019 Contacted claims was issued Claim# [protected]. Was asked to send photos, letters, prove etc. which I complied to all.

Now the "CHASE" begins because nobody seems to follow up or even try to resolve. I could write a book on the excuses I have received but I won't bore you with complaints about the staff being untrained and hard to communicate with over the phone and US mail. I resent documents to "[protected]@UPS.com" only to be ignored AGAIN. It is now January of 2023 and I still have an open unpaid unresolved claim issue from August of 2022. What I do have is enough paper to start a bond fire and a broken LLadro figurine from Spain Valve of $300 plus shipping cost of $25 twice. I have the item for inspection with the shipping box etc. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran and by selling some items on eBay and Marketplace I can get a few extra dollars. What I don't need is the extra stress and drama that is being given to me by the Claims Department at UPS. Do I lose $350 and say OH WELL let's use USPS or Fed EX instead? The money might not mean much to some but for me its the difference of eating hot dogs or my words

Desired outcome: $350 check and some insurance IF AND WHEN this should ever happen to me again I have a REAL way of contacting someone for resolution.

UPS Delivery service for amazon order

I received my Amazon order last week and it was delivered by UPS, and this is the service that I received. (see attached video). This is unacceptable and yes there is snow on my sidewalk.

We had a snowstorm the day prior, and the snow drifted the next day due to the high winds. As you can see by looking at his boots, the snow was not deep. Even if it was, you do not throw someone's order 10 feet to deliver.

He could have just sat the package at the corner of my garage if he was afraid of getting snow on his boots during a snowstorm in Minnesota.

Desired outcome: The only outcome I want here is to make this known to UPS that this is not acceptable service.

UPS Delivery

I had two boxes sent to me via UPS from Ohio. Sent to Ottawa, ON.

The first one showed duties and taxes owed. I promptly paid this and expected the delivery in the next day or two.

It has now been eight days, that a next day air parcel has been sitting in some UPS warehouse. Due to missing one connection! Now the same story is being repeated on the next one!

I can never get any assistance from any of the offshore CSRs. I can never get transferred to a Supervisor either!

UPS Packages never being delivered for residents across an entire area

Good afternoon,

For over 6 months now my packages have not been delivered to my house and are always delivered to a random Autoparts store. I've contacted UPS countless times to see if we can receive our packages and to no avail. They always just get marked as delivery attempted and are dropped off at this random store. I've contacted customer service and the answers are always the same. There's never any resolution whatsoever. I work from home so I would know if the driver ever attempted to deliver the packages. This is the Buford, GA location and apparently their customer service line is not up and running for that specific distribution center yet. I called the auto parts store and they stated that this happens all the time to many people in this general area so we're not the only ones dealing with this. I'm immunocompromised so going into a store puts me at risk and it shouldn't. UPS should do better and at this point it seems like false advertisement of the company stating that you will receive your delivery when it's dropped off at a random location and never attempted. Your at-risk customers deserve better, and people order online because accessibility is not always an option. If I didn't have to use this service, I wouldn't ever again but unfortunately, I and many other at-risk people have to. The assumption that people can just put themselves at risk during a pandemic is a failure on your company policies and UPS really should aim to do better for their at-risk customers. We're still in a global pandemic and UPS's failure to uphold service for at risk customers is disappointing. Do better for the immunocompromised people that have no choice but to utilize your service. This is ableist and at-risk customers should not have to jeopardize their individual health due to a lack of care from this company.

Desired outcome: That UPS as a company does not act in discrimination and upholds company standards. That the packages in this area get delivered.

UPS My Choice

Dec. 2022 - I've tried more than 15 times in the past three days to simply create a vacation hold. I have a UPS account and a UPS My Choice account, but every time I went to My Choice, the only option was to create a new account. When I did that, the response was that I'd have to wait four hours for them to process what they called a change I had made earlier, which is not the case.

I tried creating all new accounts with different email accounts and phone numbers - same result.

I did a chat and had UPS call me = I was cut off as soon as I answered.

I'm now receiving packages at my house while I'm 2000 miles away.

I see many similar complaints from others.

Desired outcome: 1. I would like a phone number to reach a human who can resolve this.2. UPS should fix its website.

UPS “next day air” ups

On December 1, 2022, I had a letter shipped to me from Cashiers, NC to Bellingham, WA that was paid for and labeled as, “ Next Day Air “. It was expected to arrive the following day by 9:00 pm. I was given a tracking number, by 10:00 am so I assumed my NEXT DAY AIR envelope would go out that day. But according to the tracking info shown from “Stork, Wrap & Ship “ in Cashires, NC it wasn’t picked up until 16:17 and wasn’t scanned again until 19:19 on 12/1/22? Sylvan, NC is only 15-20 minutes away from Cashires.?! When it did not show up by 9pm on the 2nd of December I tried to file a lost package online, but I failed at my attemptS. So I got help on 12/2/22 creating a lost package/envelope on the 3rd of December. It sat for 2 days

In Sylva, NC until 19:46 on 12/5/22 and Finally departed Sylva, NC at 19:46, BUT it was still on the ground when it reached South Carolina? Over 102 plus miles from Sylva, NC?! It left Sylva, NC at 19:46 on 12/5/22 and arrived 2 hours later in Greer, SC at 21:34. Still, it was still on the ground when it departed Greer, SC and drove to Greenville, SC. I kept receiving text messages and emails in reference to its location STILL on the ground? And it was “ On its Way?” On the ground. From Greenville, NC my “Next Day Air” envelope, which is not cheap to pay for, arrived in Kentucky?! It arrived at 0:04 on 12/6/22, 4 days behind its scheduled arrival in Bellingham, Wa, it arrived in Louisville, KY and from there? I had missed my scheduled surgery on 12/3/22 because the papers I needed Prior to surgery, were MIA?! I was told Numerous Times, that it was “ On Its Way.” Which according to the tracking records of my Next Day Air envelope, 1Z2E809W0150673074, never left the ground and traveled thru 3 states, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA And never left Louisville, KY? Why it never left the ground, I can not understand. Especially after being kept on a roller coaster ride from hell, being told that it “ Got put in the wrong bundle” on 12/5/22 that it was in Louisville, KY and it was on its way. I am disabled, I’ve had 3 major surgeries on my spine to repair the damage done to my spinal cord, a partial break, was paralyzed from the waist Down, spent 2 months in the hospital, had to learn how to walk again…. Why, after all of the hardships I’ve been thru, I was let down and I was kept anxiously waiting on my mail, being told it’s on its way, it’s lost Again, it will arrive by 9pm on 12/6/22. None of what I was told mattered. The holidays have been dark for me the last 5 1/2 years and I was ready and positive that after 12/3/22 I would not be free of going thru much pain and, fingers crossed, 2023 would be a fresh year with no mountains to climb to get back what’s left of my abilities, but Nope! If anything is going to go wrong, it will happen to me.

UPS Delivery

RETAILER SHIPPED my package on the 12/16, 3 day select, supposed to come yesterday, i go to track it to see what time and it says delays due to severe weather. So i call them, after arguing with the idiotic bot they have answering the phone, I finally get a human. I want to know where it is stuck because of severe weather, they say Meadowlands NJ. Which after checking with the weather channel had no severe weather all weekend or yesterday. They had no answer for me. They are the least helpful of all the shipping companies and the least reliable. They are worse than Fedex, which is sayng something. They lie thru their teeth and still no expected delivery date as of today. I had to file a lost package claim. They better find it and get it here before 12/24 or I'm filing a lawsuit for fraud, putting me thru severe emotional distress and for the total amount of the shipment contents and shipping fees I paid.

Desired outcome: FIND MY FREAKIN PACKAGE AND DO YOUR JOB AND STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS.

UPS Iphone 14 Pro

Box that was supposed to contain a silver iphone 14 Pro was just delivered 12/17/22 at 1:41 pm CST (along with another iphone). Both boxes were picked up immediately after delivery. One box was empty and had obviously been opened on the bottom and then resealed.

UPS UPS driver

One of your drivers ran through my fence. How can I get it fixed

when your driver backed up to turn around he backed over the fence also one of your drivers used my back drive way to turn a round and backed into the gate pushing it off the track so had to take the track off reline it put the gate back on I did not see this happen but the tire tracks left in the dirt matched the ones one the UPS truck NOW maybe this does not sound like much to you BUT I'm in a wheelchair and it was a [censored] to do and I'm 81years young

UPS UPS driver racing around my driveway to turn around.

One of your drivers is delivering packages across the street and using my driveway as a turn around.
I have a circular driveway and the driver figures he can use this driveway to turn around instead of using your customers driveway.
I live on a dead end street so all drivers need to do a three point turn a get off the street, all except your driver.
The address of the incident is 23 Irvine Road with packages being delivered across the road.
Todays package was delivered at 1:45 p.
I filed a previous complaint on December 2, 2022 File #C-[protected] the lady I spoke to said she would have someone call back the next day but I received no reply.
I figured someone had addressed the issue.
The same thing happened again today File #[protected].
This needs to be resolved or I will be filing trespassing charges.
The driver is also driving over the curb and destroying my lawn.

UPS Items stolen out of package

On 5 Dec 2022, I mailed a create that contained a model truck from the UPS store located at: Green Valley Plaza, 13300 Tecumseh Rd E, Tecumseh Ontario Canada.

Tracking # 1z9346ve6872083673

It arrived at its destination on 12 Dec 2022. Upon arrival the wooden box was damaged on one side, the model inside was broken and the wheels were stolen. About 1/3 of the packing material was removed which caused the model to move around in the box.

I would like to file a theft complaint for the stolen wheels.

UPS Delivery

They have refused to update the status of multiple deliveries (Sephora, Amazon, etc.) to my address. They didn't deliver the packages although the address and name were correct and I had no issues with any other couriers (even USPS!) and they sent it back to sender. They don't update their information and make it difficult to get a hold of any agent, or one that can actually resolve the problem. They're disappointing and I don't know how to keep companies from using them as the courier.

UPS is not what it used to be very lazy people working for the company they can't even understand english on the chat service. They entered no shipping address on the shipping labeled which the company I ordered from clearly provided full shipping address on the order; but UPS entered just the city state and no zip code; they must be doing this so they can steal the packages. If company uses UPS as the shipper; don't order from them. I will not order from Vermont country store anymore after this incident with UPS.

Every time I have ordered something that ups was supposed to deliver… my order goes to commerce city, Colorado and sits there for days until they feel like delivering it, or either it gets shipped back to sender and I’m told by ups that my package is undeliverable. I’m going to send a report to BBB, plus I’m going to report this to the companies I use not to use ups anymore, this is ridiculous. This happens every time I order from a company that uses ups, this isn’t just a one time occurrence.

Store 3377, of bay city Michigan, witness my mom sign a Quit Claim Deed, on 3/922. My mom was in horrible shape, I question that she even went, knowing what shape she was in. I send them messages and they ignore. She couldn’t walk so they told me, they went to the car so she can sign. Not only was she dying and thinking straight, she was illiterate and and did t speak English. And she looked like she got beat up. I asked if the checked her License, but no answer

UPS Driver named “AMID” urinated on my package!

This review is in direct response to the UPS service hub, dispatch center, and repulsive Driver Amid who urinated on my box because he is an evil and nasty driver who has a little man complex! This center is located northern VA (phone# 703.342.1518). After my many documented complaints against the driver, UPS could care less. They sent me a lacking 12 word response asking me to call the HUB manager, THAT NEVER called me back after four request! Shame on UPS. This is my complaint below that I sent to them:

“Your straight to the point message could have at least included a simple hello, given the poor way my many complaints have been handled from your local ups HUB. After many complaints and encountering unpleasantness and zero urgency. I should not have to keep calling and dealing with lies, incompetency to handle the matter, and crappy attitudes. I guess UPS IS OKAY WITH THEIR DRIVERS TAKING PERSONAL VENDETTAS out on customers by urinating on packages and stealing letters and other damages. Which all started after my initial complaint. I was told that driver AMID WOULD BE TAKEN OFF of my route deliveries which was a lie. If this is the way you respond to customers who have valid concerns, then shame on you and UPS. It's clear that you condone drivers who urinate on packages which is a health concern but also degrading and despicable. Considering the AMID was aware of previous complaints, there is no way he should have delivered a soaking wet package that smelled like urine. He should have made his HUB AWARE of the package being damaged and had some reach me about the status. You people clearly don't care. I will be filing another complaint because this customer center, and managers, lack serious people skills and exemplifies zero standards. Again, please remove this person from my route because he has shown he has zero control mentally and professionally and this is a storm in the making which you will be responsible.”

UPS has zero ethical standards and is completely disgusting!

UPS Redelivery following 'duty' payment of £48.05

Dear Sir/Madam,

Waybill Number: 1ZA7706V6893962023

I write in connection with your invoice for redelivery (reference above), dated 31 August 2022. (Initial delivery was witheld by yourselves on account of a 'duty' payment outstanding of £48.05p.)

This was then paid [to you] on 29 September.

Unfortunately, the consignment, from XXLPIX GMBH, Berlin 12681, has still not arrived. Therefore, I would be most grateful if you would follow up on this matter at your earliest convenience.

I tried calling UPS; your operator eventually said she had to "check her resource" and proceeded to put me on hold indefinitely. (I gave up.)

UPS Shipping #[protected]

This package was shipped on 6.29.2021 from Livingston, Montana to Pittsburgh, PA. It was insured for $400. (Actual product cost was $600.) It arrived damaged. The contents of the package was a one-of-a-kind antique wall cabinet. It is not replaceable. The repair cost is estimated at $180. (I have all paperwork and photos attached below.)

We filed a complaint with the local Livingston, Montana UPS Store over a year ago. Owner Tim Donahue has been extremely UNHELPFUL. It is now almost 1-1/2 years and there has been no response.

Owner Donahue claims that UPS has tried to contact the recipient. She (my sister has NEVER been contacted).

Desired outcome: DESIRED OUTCOME IS FOR UPS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND REIMBURSE MY SISTER FOR INSURED SHIPMENT.

UPS Billing and Delivery runaround

1Z94VW353530122319 Driver left before I could get to door I took off work Dec 1 to receive the package. I spoke with a person (finally) who instructed me to go to UPS at 2050 N Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, Tx. Upon arriving I was told that my package was across town at 4495 Dallas Ft. Worth Turnpike also in Dallas. A very nice older gentleman brought it to me for signature. I explained to him what has transpired and he then suggested I call 800 PICKUPUPS to get a refund for 7.99 for the change of address since I was given the wrong information. I did so and it was a disconnected number and they were telemarketing. I told them not interested and they abruptly hung up on me. I want to change reversed . At this point it’s not the money but the runaround treatment I have been subjected to.
