They Canceled my flight and now I can't get ahold of anyone in regards to getting a refund or even a flight change

I spoke with a representative from Singapore Airlines about the status of my tickets. They said they are willing to give a refund due to the fact that Japan is not allowing US citizens in due to Covid-19 restrictions. I have called your customer service hotline multiple times now and have been hung up on more than 6 times and went back to "My Trip" status and it now says cancelled... I'm not sure where to go from here in regards to getting a refund or rescheduling my flight for another date. Travel for tourism is still not permitted. Visa-free travel is suspended. Travelers who believe they qualify for an exception to Japan’s strict entry controls should contact their nearest Japanese Embassy or consulate for information.
Desired outcome: Please refund. I spoke to the airline directly and they said I am eligible to one due to these travel restrictions.

Flight voucher not recieved
I had an AeroMexico flight booked from London to Mexico on 21st August 2021 that needed to be changed. After being unable to get in contact with Travelgenio I managed to get through on the phone. Unfortunately, I was unable to change my flight as the ticket prices were almost 4x what I had originally paid. I was told I could get a voucher that I would be able to use in the future so as this was the best option I agreed. I was told I had to pay a €50 service fee to Travelgenio in order to get my voucher, which I did. The operator said I would receive the details of the voucher via email after the call but unfortunately, that email was never received. It is now April 2022 and I still do not have any voucher or contact from Travelgenio. I have tried to contact this company many many times via email and phone, however, I have had no success and have been left on hold for hours on a paid phone number. It is unacceptable. I spoke with Aero Mexico and they assured me that the flight I booked was elligable for change/voucher but that I have to go through the travel agent. I have the booking reference and details ready to process this complaint should they be needed.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my valid Aeromexico flight voucher from this travel agent that I PAID for them to send me 8 months ago.

Emirates air tickets covid extensions
I booked family return flights from London to Vanuatu in March 2020, transiting New Zealand.
Unfortunately though, the covid panic got in the way and we never completed the last leg, and became stranded in NZ where we remain.
Although we bought through Travelgenio, the main flights from UK to NZ were all with Emirates. Emirates handled covid well and automatically extended all tickets for 24 months. However, as we began nearing that 24 month limit, I approached emirates to establish what was necessary to extend the tickets a further 12 months as they were offering to do.
Emirates referred me back to the agents, Travelgenio at this stage. And this is where the trouble began.
Travelgenio are a Spanish company (who knew?) and their website has no English language option.
Their customer service (an oxymoron if ever there was) is painfully slow, and seems to ignore specific requests, particularly in relation to the ticket extension.
The formulaic replies I did eventually get, rather than actually addressing the question, referred me to the 'my trip' section of their website to make changes. unfortunately though 'my trip' didn't recognise my email address.
And so i emailed again
And round and round we went.
Matters are further compounded by the discovery today, that although all the aircraft were Emirates, the tickets say Emirates all over them, and the Emirates website allowed me (then) to access our booking, apparently the tickets themselves we booked through Quantas and so now even Emirates are attempting to wash their hands of us.
Travelgenio are at best, shambolic and at worst downright dishonest.
It is impossible to contact them and I'm left with few alternatives but legal action.
Desired outcome: Just extend our damn tickets!
Its been a month (plus all my previous email attempts at contact going back to January) yet still nothing from these con-artists.
Just the same old "send an email to customer services" (an oxymoron if ever there was) which results in a bland generic auto-reply to "log in to the "my trips" part of the website"
...which is entirely impossible
They are an utter disgrace
The information requested by Travelgenio on 24th March in reply to my complaint of 23rd March was, as can be seen here, provided to them twice on Match 25th and 26th respectively, as well as by email on no fewer than 6 previous occasions by email spanning the last three months.
In order (so they claim) to "check your case in detail and answer accordingly", because, you know, "Satisfying our customers is our main goal"!
And yet here we are more than a week later and I have heard precisely nothing from Travelgenio.

The Travelgenio reply (if indeed that is what it is ) that in part appears in the side bar here, is not viewable either in this browser or two others.
If Travelgenio are entreating me, as they do everyone else, to "email including including your booking number" etc etc, I have already done this several times to absolutely no avail as it simply results in another request to log in to "My Trips", which, as I have repeatedly explained to them, their system will not allow me to do.

I did not receive any confirmation email
My name is Estela Salagre, and on the 20th march I purchased two flight tickets through travelgenio (return ticket Billund-Warsaw for the 8-10th april 2022). However, I did not receive any confirmation email, nor any response to my phone calls or emails. Of course, the payment has been done. On March 15th 2020 I have purchased flights on Travelgenio (flying with British Airways) for £1248.08.
Soon after South Africa forbid entry for travelers arriving from the UK.
From that moment onward I have requested a refund to Travelgenio who told me a refund would not be possible as they had to follow British Airways rules and that they could only offer me a voucher.
Lacking of options, I was then coerced to accept a voucher that I could only receive if I paid an extra fee.
Therefore in November 25th 2020, I was sent a link and requested to pay an extra £53.56.
Today March 1st 2022, I receive an email stating that my voucher has expired after 2 years of pandemic and travel restrictions.
What does not make sense either is that on British Airways “all flights booked using a voucher must be completed by 30 September 2023”.
Desired outcome: Desired outcome: I demand the full refund for the £1301.64 spent or at least an extension until 30 September 2023.

Not able to rebook or refund tickets
I booked tickets for my family in March last year. Due to the COVID regulation change in the UK, we had to cancel the flight and make it open.
I got an official email from Travelgenio, and I quote

Travel Ticket not issues for Qatar Airways since 6th of March 2022
I booked and paid for a flight ticket from Tallinn, Estonia to Abuja on the 6th of March 2022 after which I got a mail for an itinerary. Immediately after payment, I found a fat finger error on my name and requested for a name correction and got a response after 96hrs saying name change will cost €65 which I paid.
Subsequently I got a booking confirmation for Qatar Airways which I check on the Airline website but it was only an itinerary and not an actual flight booking.
I called Qatar Airways to pay for additional luggage on my ticket and found out the the itinerary did not exist any more as on 20th March when I checked. Flight was actually booked for one way departure on 24th March 2022.

When I got the boarding pass it said NO luggage! when I specifically asked for it.
I never got the confirmation e-mail of my flight. Next day, after I called I got it on my e-mail. However it never included the amount paid. I tried to call several times ever since (well over 20 times) to the telephones +[protected] and +[protected] listed on your web, but to no avail. There is an answering machine 24/7 that asks for the reservation number (with letters that cannot be included through the phone!).

Getting Credit for cancelled air ticket Port Elizabeth to Mauritius
I booked a flight for my sister from Port Elizabeth to Mauritius return on 22/7/19 Booking ref VKQU5V for a flight on 24/5/20 which was cancelled due to covid.
I was advised by SAA that I had a credit but I have been unable to access it. I would now like to book her flights again in May this year and need to know how I can access the credit voucher number to make the bookings.

Booked a flight from Washington DC to the Philippines for 5 individuals. received email from them stated that my flight was modified by the airline. To make the story short The flight was cancelled by the Agency stated that there was no more available flight for me. [protected] )the E-ticket was already been issued 4 days ago... I only paid $ 1,098 dollars per person I made the reservation earlier so i can get good deal... now they charging 1,500 - 2,000 per person.. My question is why they cancelled it please do the math.

My flight has been changed too much from the original ticket and it was vital that I arrived in the US on the 18th.
You are impossible to get in contact with and at this point I'd just like a refund so I can buy a new ticket, that won't be changed all the time. I've been very patient, but with no telephone number or email to get in contact with, it's been impossible to get in contact with your company.

I did not receive my E ticket
On 7 March, I booked 2 tickets round trip from Kuwait to Istanbul for 26 may till
June and untill now after 3 days still did not receive my E ticket.
The airline contacted me stating that if the saved ticket is not payed they will cancel the booking of my flight and already the money is blocked by the bank.
Although I have contacted travelgenio more than once through emails, they say that it will be sent within 72 hrs and unfortunately nothing received. I tried to call many times but no one is answering.
