The problem is my flight was cancelled and they are not returning my refund they have also closed of the my trips to my email. No one should ever allow this to happen we are totally ignored. They keep you on hold online and they never answer the phone

Travelgenio.com are thieves. I just lost $379 for refund tickets which the airline cancelled the flights.

They are thieves. Do not buy any tickets in Travelgenio.com.

I registered a flight ticket from travel genie and then I called the booking.

When refunding, the Site shows that only pay 50 euros for each person as a fee and refunds the rest of the expenses. However, when I checked the refund amount, almost $2,000 was paid as a fee. Even if eight people pay 50 euros as a fee, it is 400 euros, which is incomprehensible.

i would like to get a refund. i booked a flight on Feb. 2020 then the pandemic hit. the airline cancelled the ticket and travelgenio was supposed to issue a full refund. am still to receive the refund. every time i call the contact number no one answers and the system hangs up all the time. i just want my refund, its been 2 years now how much longer am i supposed to wait?

A few days ago I booked some tickets for our employees to fly to Oslo Gardermoen. The miestake I’ve done is, that in those bookings I wrote e-mail adresses od those particular employees, therefore I didn’t receive invoices for those bookings. Perhaps they did, but because of not expecting tchem they probably throw those invoices out as a spam.

It’s the huge inconvenience for us, because we need those invoices.

I am disputing the charges made by Travlegenio for a plane ticket I purchased back on 2 February of this year. A friend and I are traveling to Turkey, and we bought the tickets simultaneously, online through what we thought was Kayak. Unbeknownst to us, we were directed to Travlegenio.

The original dates were 5 June – 17 June, flying British Airways via London to Istanbul. The initial confirmation email they sent me had the wrong dates listed. Rather than 5 June - 17 June, they had us flying out on 6 April and 6 May, returning on 17 June. I emailed them, inquiring about the dates, and got no response. Later, they sent another confirmation with the correct dates. A week later, we decided to change the dates from 5 June - 17 June to 1 June - 18 June. This was done through email, half of which were bounced back to me. Finally, we got word that we could change the dates at an extra cost of $95. I paid the money via my bank card and was told that I'd immediately receive a confirmation email. That confirmation email never arrived.

At that point, both my friend and I were troubled by the inaccuracies in dates, the lack of communication, and the fact that they took the $95 but failed to send confirmation of the changes the $95 was supposed to cover, so we decided to cancel. I called their number in Spain (this phone call cost me $93) and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. We informed the woman that we paid an extra $120 to be able to cancel. She confirmed this was true but told us that we had to do so through a third party. She emailed both of us the contact information. When we tried to apply for a refund through the third-party website, we were informed that we'd only be getting $1100 of the $1417.59 back, and to receive the refund, we'd have to give them our social security numbers. We found this odd since they already had all pertinent information, i.e., confirmation numbers, flight numbers, email addresses, billing information, etc. There was no reason for them to ask for our social security numbers, so we decided that rather than going through Travelgenio's third party to cancel the tickets and get refunds, we'd instead call our credit card companies, which led me to you. On multiple occasions, we tried to resolve this directly through Travlegenio, but often, our emails bounced back as undeliverable. Travelgenio has terrible reviews, hundreds of them all saying the same thing; they're inaccurate with dates, times, flight information, etc., they’re impossible to contact, and promise refunds but rarely, if ever, follow through.

Last month, after speaking with one of your representatives, I was told that the matter was resolved and I would be getting the refund.

I specifically told your representative that I needed to purchase another ticket and that before doing so, I wanted to be sure the dispute was resolved. He assured me that it was, so I bought another ticket directly through British Airways. Now we're back at square one, and I have to fight for a refund from Travelgenio.

The only satisfactory outcome is that you refund me $1417.59 for the plane ticket I will not be using.

I've attached a few links to websites that rate online travel agencies. You'll note that Travelgenio has consistently terrible customer service reviews, not unlike my own. I’ve also attached a screenshot of the email they sent me reflecting the incorrect dates.

I am unable to open the electronic ticket when I hit the "Open Electronic Ticket" tab. There is no bar code or passenger information, just the flights listed when I click onto that page. Please call me at [protected] or email me at [protected]@claireburke.com to explain how I obtain the electronic ticket. PS...there is nothing in my spam/junk folder.

Also, if I wanted to upgrade the segment from Addis Ababa to Delhi to business class, can I do that and how much would it be? Just a question at this point.

I booked a ticket from doha to jordan to beirut true travelgino once the page load to payment the date of departure change automaticly to 2nd of may instead of 1st of may after that I send mail if I can change the date but no answear they cancel the ticket automaticly as well I tried several time to contact support tean and call number but usefull

I have been an online traveller for many years but this is the 1st time I have experienced an overpayment and lack of response from a customer service department. I definitely need answers from your customer service as I would need to make a decision to either cancel and move forward with my travel plans. I simply cannot wait for an answer after making an exorbitant payment by your subsidiary company. I also read numerous reviews on bad refunds and relationships with Travel2Be. I booked a return flight from Seoul to Singapore

Im Mohammed mudaseer uddin, I booked my flight from Dubai to Hyderabad round trip. I booked this for the date of 27-apr-2022 and return on 04- may-2022

After booking I can see that there is no proper customer support no assistance not even any sort of support. After I saw reviews it was totally horrible that this site is scam and dont refund people money. I contacted to Emirates and they said that there is no booking in my name on 27. Again I contacted bank, bank said that the amount is on hold from travelgenio. So basically without booking tickets they confirmed me Emirates flight. As soon as I got to know this is scam I cancelled my flight within 12 hrs.

I requested travelgenio to refund my amount as there is no booking in my name anywhere. More than 48hrs completed I didt received my amount. If you are running a travel agency you need to have proper customer support as people have a lot of changes regarding luggage, cancellations etc.

Really very horrible experience in my life I dont even know whether they refund me or not but till I dont get my refund I will escalate this issue on various platforms. For every 24 hrs I will post my review till I get my money back.

I have not received my booking confirmation email after booking & payment. Flight 16 April from OR Tambo Johannesburg to Plettenberg Bay

my flight was cancelled by the airline and without asking me they have started the refund process, they would have contacted me and asked me for alternative options and alternative flight,i would have paid extra money if they make changes but without asking me how can they give a refund, and refund will take 15days to reach account, and I have to travel on 25th at any cost, I don't have enough money to travel now and I can't book a flight until I get my refund back, this is completely unfair and completely ripping off customer, I want to sue this company and I want to lodge a complaint, and I will go legally if they do not sort out my travel, because of them I will be completely in loss, who is going to pay for my loss, and the very sad thing is they didn't even contact me .if they can't run a business they must be closed, how can they trouble customers like this, totally unfair, please contact me on [protected], thank you
