I am unable to open the electronic ticket when I hit the "Open Electronic Ticket" tab. There is no bar code or passenger information, just the flights listed when I click onto that page. Please call me at [protected] or email me at [protected]@claireburke.com to explain how I obtain the electronic ticket. PS...there is nothing in my spam/junk folder.
Also, if I wanted to upgrade the segment from Addis Ababa to Delhi to business class, can I do that and how much would it be? Just a question at this point.

The ticket cancelled automatically
I booked a ticket from doha to jordan to beirut true travelgino once the page load to payment the date of departure change automaticly to 2nd of may instead of 1st of may after that I send mail if I can change the date but no answear they cancel the ticket automaticly as well I tried several time to contact support tean and call number but usefull

My name is Mr Naranasamy Samyval from Singapore. I'm writing this email with an amazed thought on how your subsidiary company Travel2Be handles customers. I have been an online traveller for many years but this is the 1st time I have experienced an overpayment and lack of response from a customer service department. I definitely need answers from your customer service as I would need to make a decision to either cancel and move forward with my travel plans. I simply cannot wait for an answer after making an exorbitant payment by your subsidiary company. I also read numerous reviews on bad refunds and relationships with Travel2Be. Please look into this matter as I'm urging the company for an answer as i worry about overpayment for my next booking as the date draws nearer.. Im Mohammed mudaseer uddin, I booked my flight from Dubai to Hyderabad round trip. I booked this for the date of 27-apr-2022 and return on 04- may-2022
After booking I can see that there is no proper customer support no assistance not even any sort of support. After I saw reviews it was totally horrible that this site is scam and dont refund people money. I contacted to Emirates and they said that there is no booking in my name on 27. Again I contacted bank, bank said that the amount is on hold from travelgenio. So basically without booking tickets they confirmed me Emirates flight. As soon as I got to know this is scam I cancelled my flight within 12 hrs.
I requested travelgenio to refund my amount as there is no booking in my name anywhere. More than 48hrs completed I didt received my amount. If you are running a travel agency you need to have proper customer support as people have a lot of changes regarding luggage, cancellations etc.
Really very horrible experience in my life I dont even know whether they refund me or not but till I dont get my refund I will escalate this issue on various platforms. For every 24 hrs I will post my review till I get my money back.

They said me to wait till 72 hrs to get refund , when i see in there website it's showing as refunded but still i didt got any sort of refund and when i called to bank they said that no refund from TRAVELGENIO is initiated.
When i complaint in complaintsboard, they are showing as my case is resolved. How can they tell my case is resolved. Please sir take my case seriously as many people are getting huge loss by travelgenio. And travelgenio is not even replying to my emails. Please tell them to confirm me with some confirmation that they have refunded my amount. Any transaction id or any req so that i can ask bank.

my flight was cancelled by the airline and without asking me they have started the refund process, they would have contacted me and asked me for alternative options and alternative flight,i would have paid extra money if they make changes but without asking me how can they give a refund, and refund will take 15days to reach account, and I have to travel on 25th at any cost, I don't have enough money to travel now and I can't book a flight until I get my refund back, this is completely unfair and completely ripping off customer, I want to sue this company and I want to lodge a complaint, and I will go legally if they do not sort out my travel, because of them I will be completely in loss, who is going to pay for my loss, and the very sad thing is they didn't even contact me .if they can't run a business they must be closed, how can they trouble customers like this, totally unfair, please contact me on [protected], thank you

Paid extra luggage
I paid for 2 checked bags when making my reservation for a trip from Medellin to Bogota and then to San Juan. At the check-in, the airline did not have the confirmation of my payment for the two extra bags so I had to pay for them again. My Booking reference with travelgenio is [protected]. The airline was avianca, flights 9349 and 258 on April 11,2022. I attached a photo which confirmed that I had 2 extra baggage but the airport could not find it.
Desired outcome: I would like to get a refund for the two bags I paid in the same way I paid for them.

They are thieves and liars. I had booked a trip for my daughter which ended being so delayed that she was going to miss her connecting flight. She cancelled the flight with the airline and took another flight. The airline was wonderful and understanding. They were willing to refund her money but because the original payment was from the the agency (who I paid), the refund would go to the agency and the agency was to refund me. This occurred in the beginning of January. The airline gave me the date, credit card number and authorization for the refund. It was credited to Travelgenio on Jan 6. I have repeated called them and they continue to say they haven't received it. I contacted my credit card, Capital one, and Travelgenio refuses to acknowledge receipt or contact the airline to follow up. I have called more than a half dozen times. The last time they just blew me off and hung up. They have over $1000 of my money that they are keeping illegally. I am going to seek out justice any which way I can, but for now I am going to post this on every review website to warn other people about this scam agency. I hope this stops even just one person from making the mistake I did using Travelgenio.

I haven't received my e-ticket for the booking that I made from Amsterdam to Copenhagen for 15 May 2022 (booking ref #[protected]). Already made the entire payment for the ticket value of INR 11527 through HDFC Credit Card. It's still showing booking is in process. There is no toll free number for Indian customer to contact your call centre. I sent multiple emails through various platforms but still no response from anyone from your team.
