I gotta say, Drive a Dream ain't all that great. I bought a car from them almost 90 days ago and they still haven't filed the registration. Like, come on guys, it's the law to do it within 30 days. Not impressed at all.

I bought a car from Drive A Dream in Gwinnett in August 2022. But, within 5 days of buying it, we started having problems. Every time we drove the car, a bunch of warnings like check engine, emerg brake inoperative, etc. would pop up on the display. We called Drive A Dream, but they said it wasn't their responsibility and we had to deal with Infiniti. We took it to a repair shop (who were very nice) and they showed us 20 pages of service history/problems with this car. They had it for 2 months and still couldn't fix it. We called the guy at Drive A Dream and he said they did everything legally and wouldn't do anything else except deal with Infiniti. There was something called a branded title in the paperwork we signed, but we didn't know what that meant and no one explained it to us. If we had known about all the problems with the car (which we're pretty sure the dealership did), we never would have bought it.

The car I got from Drive A Dream (DAD) wasn't what they said it would be. They advertised a 2018 Tesla S with "FULL SELF DRIVING CAPABILITY!" (in all caps) but when I got it, it didn't have that or the upgraded autopilot. They said I had to pay $10,000 to get those features. DAD offered to pay me some money to make up for it, but then they didn't follow through. The manager, ***, agreed to give me less than half the cost of the fix ($4000), but the contract they sent me was too much. It asked me to give up all my rights, and I didn't like that. I asked for some changes, but *** wouldn't do it. I said I needed time to think about it, and he said that was okay. But now he won't answer my calls, emails, or texts. This isn't a good way to do business, especially when you're selling something expensive online that the buyer can't see in person. I want the ComplaintsBoard.com to help me get my money back or get the car fixed like they said they would.
