    On nov 3 I was charged 535.00 manager said I was late in my weekly payments. I was not and have bank statements as proof. Between nov 1 - nov 12 I paid over 800.00 the latest on nov 12 for 208.00 which I knew nothing about. I want that money back in my account plus a 32.00 overdraft charge. I gave manager dates and payment amounts twice. I thought we were ok when I left. I never have gotten a print out of my payments. I need that for my attorney. I have accounting degree and 25 years experience. I know when something is not right. This is my third complain on same subject I want something done now

        This is almost a week I have asked for print out of my charges. My attorney needs to process. Send today I was at mish hotel 4mo never got a special long term rate. Then after I left I was charged 208.00 plus I am 32.00 overdraft charge. I need my money this hotel made thousands off me. I gave a copy of my payment sept-nov. not once but twice. I worked in accounting 25yrs so I am accurate in my calculations. Please call me today _[protected] Sandie Watson. I really want money back in my account today, per my attorney it was taken without permission which is illegal

        I can’t believe I’m reading this, I went through almost the exact same thing. I went in to make my normal payments, and the manager said I was past two and that I hadn’t paid for the last 3 days, so I need to pay $300 plus my next week or they would kick me out. The manager argued with me for an hour before realizing I was right. He then said he was going to rape his employee that didn’t add notes on my account. This is all on video? I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing, it felt like a total nightmare. The next morning, my hotel key stopped working and instead of continuing this vicious cycle, I didn’t renew and left the premises. Over the next few days, I saw them try to charge $200 to my card, then they tried for $500, then they tried for $800. Thank god I put a limit on the card I gave them. They actually charged me for an extra day that I didn’t stay there. So they owe me $60 but are trying to charge $800, a week after I hadn’t even been on the premises! I was considering calling customer service to correct this and maybe going back, but reading this review validates that what happened to me has happened before, and will likely happen again. Also, the manager is a large man that will yell in your face in front of other customers. That would have almost been very humiliating, except he looked really bad when he was wrong.

      At the beginning of nov 2020 I was informed I was behind in my payments. I asked for a printout did not get I went to my bank statement and found all my payments. Gave copy to the manager, james, twice. When I was done talking with him I felt I was paid up thru the 17th of nov. I had been there 5 months with no special rate as promised. Then in checking my current bank account I find they used my card with no permission and charged me 208.00 what is that for. I can send a copy of bank statement to you. Also 2 payments my sister made they charged her $350.00 on sept 1 no reason given. The other payment was made in october. I will get date it was for 294+change. I want the 208.00 returned to my account today. Plus ah32.00 overdraft charge. A call also wouldbe nice [protected].

          I was a customer of extended stay Mishawaka, IN, North. For 5 months. on or about nov 1 I was told I was 12 days behind in payments. I knew that was not true I have bank statements to back that up. I was offered no specials were offered. Girl at desk said I was in the 16 category I made copies with dates and weeks paid to the manager, James, I thought all was good until I checked my bank statement and found a charge of 208 had been charged to my account incurring a 32.00 overdraft charge. I want this money back in my account today. My sister has made a couple of payment for me. Sept 1 she was charged 350.00 and second payment was in october for 291+ change. This is not my first complaint. Someone is out having a party on my money. I can send complete statements to you. sandie watson [protected] what area code will you be calling from as it is open enrollment for ins and I'm gettin so many call. I want resolved today and money returned today

        I have proof of my paying weekly. Months in question sept, oct, nov. I have bank statements to prove this. They also tool 208.00+ out without my permission while account was in dispute. I was givén no specials neven tho promised. Girl said I was coded as 16 whatever that means. I want a solution to where my money went. I also have informed an attorney. He'll be calling soon. Somebody got my payment applied to their account. Where can I send copies of bank info. I need that 208.00+ back immediately plus a 32.00 check fee. The manager received dates of all my payments. I asked for print out three me never got. Fix asap please now I am very angry. Those people are hurting your good name. I want all credits I am due. I was there from may 23-to nov 13 nov alone I paid 800.00 dollars plus my sister paid 350.00 on sept 1 and my weekly payment was 292.00

          My reservation#[protected] at the 11827 lackland rd. I was to come in on thursday and stay until tuesday for $266.14 I called from outside st. Louis and asked if I could come a day early and they said yes. When I arrived I was given the bill of $380... I said, it was $120 for the night... No they changed the charges on all my days since I changed the reservation and I had to pay more for each night. I asked for a supervisor, I called their reservation and everyone says that no one can change it and it was becasue I changed my reservation. I would have stay in another hotel for a night if I knew they were going to void the discount the extended stay gave me when I first booked the hotel.
