Coral sands resort, hilton head
I would never recommend this timeshare. I can vouch for the fact you will not be happy. And if you run into a problem they will ignore you and dodge you. This company we have tried to get out of this lopsided contract for 3 years now. They pretend when you purchase this about how wonderful it will be. They leave out some valuable information that is taxing on you later on. They play with your emotions and give half truths about the" investment" you are buying. This is a money pit. The maintenance fees continue to increase each year even though that is not mentioned. My future investment is not that much so if the payments increase every year. No one could buy a house if the payments went up yearly. The same applies to this. This company has ignore us for 3 years. When they did respond it was only to tell us to sell it. Who wants to buy timeshares nowadays. NO ONE. I wish I had the information I have now back when I bought this, I would guarantee you I would not buy it. Learn From our mistakes. Let's picture this: A world where no companies could entrap you with deception to get you in a never ending contract based on hyperbole. That truth and honesty, integrity was a way of life. If you purchase from Coral sands this will not be your reality and none of the companies we have reached out to will help. The new management company Palmera, the Elite HOA company will not help. The Hoa payments go to North Carolina so we filed a complaint with the Attorney General then. No one should be trapped in a contract that will last forever and you can not get rid of it. Too many things can change over the years. Health issues and deaths in the family, income loss due to job changes or loss or retirement. Now you have no control of getting rid of it. Or over the increases in it but you are stuck paying whatever whims Coral Sands decide to charge and laugh at you to the bank. Then the customer service for a company you are stuck with forever is non existent. This is the biggest lump of coal I have ever dealt with.
Learn from our Mistakes and do not even invest this business ever.
Not what I expect from the Hilton Brand of companies.
