Diane and Vic Kordan - Dream Vacations review: Travel arrangements with NCL cruise line

Booking made over Labor Day weekend for myself and 2 family members flying from PHX to HNL in Feb 2023. Dream Vacations did NOT link our 2 cabins hence when Norwegian Cruise Lines booked our flights, our family’s flights were totally separate and, indeed, I would actually arrive home the day AFTER my family arrived home! I reached out to Diane and Vic and was told that “I should have known” and they could cancel my flights for a $180 cancellation fee and I would have to find my own flights. NO detailed communications were offered previously and - had we known 7 days ago that we could search and customize our flights - we would have done so to ensure that our family would travel together. Very disturbing and this feels very unethical and unprofessional. NO offer to assist was given by Diane and Vic Kordan from this Ohio Dream Vacations franchise - other than to let me know I would be charged a flight cancellation fee.
