Four Seasons review: Window replacement life-time warranty

Four Seasons - we purchased Windows with a lifetime warranty, we have multiple times opened a ticket regarding issues with several of our windows. The last complaint placed with Better Business Bureau, resulted in a Tech contacting us and making an appointment. First Tech, no resolution, second tech onsite, no resolution with no follow up. Today 10/13/22 at 10:42 AM we received a "Sales" call from David who reviewed are file, asking if we would like to move forward with the additional windows in our home since they are having a sale. Conversation did not end well, David was rude and unprofessional, with no suggestion of further service to assist with the current issues we are still waiting to be resolved. Highly recommend "Do not use Four Seasons", they do not stand up to their warranty.
