Vacation Property Rental review: We would like a full refund

This transaction was entered into the 27th of July, 2022. We were contacted by a representative of Business Corporate Travel and was promised that they could find renters for our "bonus weeks" we are eligible for through Wyndham Vacation Resorts of which we are members of. I was assured that for the cost of $2394.00 we would receive up to $9000 for the 6 weeks we have available to us. We were assured that it was a "win, win" deal in the which we would be silly to not participate in. The following day I wrote a letter and mailed it to BCT stating that we wished to "exercise our right of cancellation". It was never acknowledged. The phone number they provided was never answered and it is quiet obvious we were defrauded and swindled out of our money.
