World Travel Holdings - Dream Vacations review: Commission

I was a previous Vacation Specialist for Dream Vacations - Oct 2016 - Oct 2021. I became a member of KHM Travel Agency Oct. 2021. I booked a Sandals vacation November 2021 mistakenly under the Dream Vacations agency ID. (auto saved in my computer) I contacted Sandals immediately, I was told all would transfer to the new KHM Agency account. The booking did not transfer, only loyalty points from the booking. The travel for the booking was June 2022. I contacted Sandals several times. I was told May 2022 if Dream Vacations sends a "release" email, the booking could be transferred to KHM. I provided email from Dreams to Sandals, however Sandals never transferred the booking. July the $1,120.83 commission was paid to Dream Vacations. When I inquired with Dream Vacations, it was stated that yes they received the commission funds, however they cannot pay it out if the person isn't an active franchisee with Dreams Vacations. Dream Vacations is aware that the commission is not their funds but refuses to pay or transfer funds. How can I collect my commission?
