Toyota Toyota tacoma pick up truck

I purchased an new 2012 Toyota Tacoma pick up. As of to date, my truck's paint is chipping away. This is on going since last year. My friend, who works for the Orlando New Media, suggested that I should contact Toyota Corporate Headquarters, and see if my vehicle was painted with a bad batch of white paint at the factory. According to the pictures, it shows areas that result. Bad paint. I can send pictures to confirm my complaint.

Desired outcome: This should not happen. I purchased an new 2014 Toyota Corolla and her paint is holding like new when it came out from the show room. I would like to have my truck repainted again, but this time with a good batch of white paint.

Toyota Such a sad story with Toyota

I will admit that my review is in regards to the Toyota headquarters in the USA.

There was a recall in 2015 and 2019 for airbags on my model. I took it into our local dealership called Findlay Toyota in Prescott Arizona. This dealership has over 50, one star reviews they have absolutely no time for their customers whatsoever.

From the moment I left the dealership my airbag symbol was on, on my dash and here we are now in September of 2023 and it's still there.

I filed a complaint with the Attorney general's office of Arizona and Findlay have no recollection of me ever going into there dealership and I also filed a complaint with the Attorney general's office of Texas against Toyota headquarters because they in my opinion have caused this mess to begin with because I never had this warning emblem on my dash prior to the work that was done which they wanted me as a Toyota owner to have done.

USA Toyota want to do is send me right back to Findlay Toyota who do not want to help me in the slightest.

The sad thing is I think Toyota is a great company but the way that I've been treated in this matter is beyond appalling.

I've tried to hand auto back for 5 weeks! No one in polish organisation wants to solve problem. Current phone discussions results, e-mails exchange seem unlikely Toyota Poland deliberately prolongs the issue.

When I bought my 2020 Toyota Avalon it came with the Scout Navigation app. On November 1st they discontinued that app along with all the others that you could link from your android phone. I have contacted Toyota and they have no plans to address this issue.

The frame on the truck has been declared unsafe to drive because of the rusted frame. I've taken it to Falmouth Toyota in Bourne, MA and they said it was unsafe to drive because of the frame. They also said that the truck wasn't covered under the warranty. The VIN is 5TBBT44126S477750. Is there anything that Toyota can do to resolve this?

Toyota my paint work on my toyota

Hi I brought my Toyota corolla in 2017 from Windsor Toyota. DNG53W

When I purchased my car, I noticed that there were some chips in the paint on the bonnet. I informed the service center when I had my service done and was told it was normal.

I only drive the M4 motor was to work and around built-up areas I don't go off road with the car.

Anyway because they said it was normal, I let it go. Today however I noticed more paint missing. There is a big chunk of paint missing from my bonnet this is clearly not normal for a 5-year-old Toyota.

Toyota Headlight toyota corolla 2021

Hello Toyota team,

I have been a loyal Toyota customer for more than 20 years. I am the 1st Owner of a Corolla 2021 highest variant. The car is still under warranty. The LED light in the left headlight went out completely. However, the Rep in Toyota Egypt service center refused to change it under warranty due to a tiny scratch in the head light. I asked them to take photos and check the eligibility. They refused and said it's out of their hands. Please check the photo I attached, and I would be responsible for the replacement if you really think the scratch is related to the failure.

the issue is as I understand it's not a light bulb change, it's the whole head light which is pretty expensive especially under the new devaluation happening in Egypt. I really appreciate your help by approving the change of the left headlight under warranty.

Toyota Headlight bulbs keep blowing out.

I am having issues with the headlight assembly burning out headlight bulds on my 2015 Rav4. This has been an ongoing issue for a couple of years now. Roughly the headlights bulds blow out every quarter, first one then the other. I use gloves when replacing the bulb. I replaced the full headlight assembly this past July, less than a month later the left buld blows. I used the recommended 9005 replacement buld. I'm not the only one having this issue my cousin who lives in another state who owns a Rav4 is having the same problem. It's getting to be frustrating and expensive having to replace bulds every 3 months.

I hope there is a solution for this matter, I love my Rav4, but enough is enough.

Toyota Case #[protected]

No response from Golling Toyota of Warren as of Aug 10th per your message., we have since had the 2009 Canry fixed including some elective repairs. The toyoto estimate was 9300 + and told us it was a blown head gasket plus other items. We had it towed and repaired locally for 2300 including elective repairs. On July 11th they sold out son and us a 08 Prius using this bogus repair service as a tool to buy another car. The 08 Pries contiues to have issues and the service dept does nothing.

Desired outcome: our son needs a dependable car, i want this dealership to take back that junk Pries, or refund the cost of it. They pressure saled us with lies.

Toyota Damaged vehicle

Going to leave this post more that once because I have such a hatred for Toyota after they screwed me so bad!

I don’t understand how a massive company like Toyota can sell me a damaged vehicle as a Brand New vehicle (2022 Toyota Tacoma) and get away with it!. I understand that Toyota didn’t realize that the factory installed roof rack was improperly installed at the factory which caused water to run down the inside of the interior which caused mold to grow throughout the inside of my interior and airbags leaving an overwhelming smell of mildew but that is exactly what happen. The water also ran throughout the inside of the dashboard which caused massive electrical damage, I’m sure this truck will have electrical issues for as long as it runs. This truck spent over 6 weeks is the shop and has been to the dealership multiple times, but Toyota will still not give me my money back. I got nowhere calling the main Toyota complaint center, they actually acted as if they were doing me a favor for fixing it! The audacity is killing me! Be smart and don’t buy a Toyota! as they obviously don’t care at all about customer values. It’s a shame that a billion dollar company like Toyota treats their loyal customers (not anymore) this way and take no responsibility in selling me a damaged vehicle as brand new and not taking responsibility to do what’s right!

Desired outcome: Being that Toyota took my money and left me with a piece of forty thousand dollars worth of crap, I'd like my money back.

Toyota Wilsonville Toyota Dealership / Oregon.

Purchased my 2019 Ford Ranger at Wilsonville Toyota. Ranger has been with the Dealership for repairs since May 16, 2023, not repaired while I am driving a loaner vehicle. Initially, I was lied to repeatedly about the repair needs of my truck as they were trying to pressure me into purchasing a NEW truck from them. Now, almost 3 months later I am waiting for my truck to be repaired, repeatedly lied to.

Most recently I was told it has been sent out to a Ford Dealership for 'calibration of a taillight' I spoke to this Dealership and my truck was returned over a week ago and may not even be repairable at this point.

I called the Toyota Customer Service Complaint Number and all they did was forward it to the same Dealership who has been the problem and lying to me. I called again today and they're just sending it back to the same person!

Desired outcome: I need my 2019 Ford Ranger returned to me - totally repaired. IF it is NOT repairable to it's original condition - I need to know that and they need to give me my truck and return all money I've paid towards these repairs

Toyota Service and tyre replacement arrangement

My name is Farhan with the car registration number BQC **** (Toyota Yaris) and I want to file a complaint due to my really bad experience in Toyota 3S Sales, Service & Spare Parts | Panglima City Motor, Telok Panglima Garang. I had my service appointment on last 24th July 2023 (Monday) and the Service Agent who attended my appointment was Thiva. After checking, we agreed to replace my tyre as it is due to change. The cost agreed on the tyre change was RM900 (promotional price, Toyo Tyre) with free balancing and alignment and a free labour fee, on top of the normal service fee which is another RM340.

Right after that, Thiva informed me that the tyre we agreed on was out of stock and may need to leave my car overnight which can only be done tomorrow (25th July 2023). I agreed to that and was planning to go back home instead of staying in the service centre. After I went to pick up some valuable stuff from my car (due to leaving overnight), Thiva suddenly informed me again that the tyre requested was not available for tomorrow and that I need to wait until Saturday or next week, another false information from him. I then requested if possible to change the tyre before Saturday (29th July 2023) as I will be travelling far this weekend. Thiva then mentioned that he will get the tyre by Friday and he will contact me ASAP when the tyre is available.

I did not receive any update or response from Thiva and the service centre since that day. On Friday (28th July 2023) morning, I decided to call the service centre for an update. The receptionist transferred my call to Thiva and he mentioned to me that the tyre is still not available and we end the call. After a while, Thiva called me back to inform me the tyre suddenly is available but he then told me he will call back after 2 minutes to confirm. After 2 minutes, Thiva called me again to confirm my tyre replacement appointment which is Friday, 28th July 2023 at 10:30 AM. I even confirm with Thiva again about the fees, and he agreed it is still RM900 without any additional charges.

I arrived sharp at 10:30 AM at the service centre and meet up with Thiva to pass my keys. Thiva then promised me that the car can be delivered within 1 hour. At 12:15 PM, 1 hour and 45 minutes after, Thiva come to me and mentioned the car will be ready in 15 minutes and that he need to go out while his colleague will assist with the delivery, At 12:45 PM, still no update from Thiva and his colleague. At 12:55 PM, I decided to ask the receptionist for Thiva's contact number to ask him about my car delivery status. I called Thiva, and he mentioned he was at the Toyota Body & Paint and will return after half an hour. I then said to him, I am unable to wait since it is already 1:00 PM and I need to go to the mosque for Friday Prayer. Thiva then said he will contact his colleague and we end the call. During the call with Thiva, I saw my car was parked in the Delivery space.

I saw Thiva's colleague and asked him about my car delivery status but he brushes me off with an unprofessional attitude. At 1:10 PM, a lady Service Agent attended to my car delivery, finally. During the payment stage, I was charged RM920.67 which is different than what Thiva had promised to me. I argued first, but the Service Agent attended to me mentioned that this is for labour fees and some taxes, and it is the company's policy. I reluctantly made the payment to just leave and end these bad experiences I have been having. After a while, a Service Agent named Ganesh called me and mentioned that the extra RM20.67 I had to pay can be refunded. I send my gratitude to him and asked Ganesh to credit the refund to my service credit for my next service appointment and Ganesh agreed on it.

To sum up, Service Agent Thiva was very irresponsible and incompetent in dealing with his customer. I wasted my time today which made me late to go to the mosque for Friday prayer and missed my lunch. This is the worst experience I have ever had throughout 3 years of my appointments here in this service centre. I hope some action can be taken to ensure no more customers face the same issue I had. This will be my last appointment with Toyota 3S Sales, Service & Spare Parts | Panglima City Motor, Telok Panglima Garang.

Toyota Dealership and service

The customer service at Toyota West, Sofia, has been nothing short of dreadful. Upon requesting a book for complaints, I was met with a refusal by an employee named Alberto Ognianov. Another unidentified employee mocked me when I inquired about the book, leaving me feeling disrespected and unvalued as a customer.

Attempting to contact Toyota West, Sofia, over the phone was an exasperating ordeal. The excessively long wait time of 32 minutes before they answered the call was frustrating enough. To add to the disappointment, the representative, Anelia Vasileva, displayed an unprofessional attitude, claiming to be uninformed about the call and dismissing my concerns as insignificant.

What is even more concerning is the evident lack of communication between the different Toyota dealerships in Sofia. Clients, including myself and a few of my friends, have received conflicting information from these dealerships. Such inconsistencies create uncertainty and erode the trust we place in the brand.

I want to formally register this complaint against Toyota West, Sofia, for their subpar customer service and disrespectful behavior. My experience, along with those of my friends, has been disheartening, leaving us with no confidence in approaching any official Toyota dealership or service center in the future.

Toyota may indeed produce some of the best cars globally, but my recent encounter with their official dealership and service in Sofia has been anything but satisfactory. The lack of customer care, unprofessional conduct, and inconsistent information have left a lasting negative impression. I hope Toyota addresses these issues promptly to uphold their reputation and regain the trust of their customers.

Toyota Car warranty

About two months ago I purchased a Chevrolet equinox 2013 automobile from Bohn Toyota on Lapalco Boulevard in Harvey Louisiana. With a 30,000 mile warranty. About three weeks after purchasing the car, it started running hot. On Monday 7/10/2023 I was told to bring the car to Chevrolet for service and to give them a copy of my warranty. The Chevrolet service department and I’ve bought contact the warranty company and was told my warranty is not in their system it does not exist. The finance officers at Toyota and other employees are giving me the runaround. No one is letting me know exactly what happened to my warranty. I purchased a used vehicle from you guys, and after three weeks started giving me problems and now it seem like the finance officer never activated my warranty. Help

Desired outcome: I need to know what is going on with my warranty and I need you guys to pay for my car to be serviced. I discovered the car is constantly running hot because there’s an antifreeze leak.

Toyota Toyota Mirai

Hello,

My Name is Farhad H Ahmadi I am loyal Toyota customer. As a matter of Fact, I never owned anything except Toyota all my life (Corolla, Celica, Supra, Lexus, Sienna, Tacoma, Mirai). I bought my 2019 Toyota Mirai in January of 2022 from Tustin Toyota, and I was told I get a $15K Fuel Card with the purchase of my Mirai, at that time cost of hydrogen fuel was $12.95 Per kilogram, meaning for my car for every fill up cost was $51.80, that seems like a fair deal to me that was one of the reasons i bought my Mirai. As you know price of Hydrogen Skyrocketed From $12.95 to $29.95 in the last 6 months. So my $15K Gas card is worth less than half of its value. That translate in to putting 4 Kilogram of Hydrogen in my Mirai and get 200 miles for $125 every fill up today. Just to give you an Idea, on my wife's 2011 Toyota Sienna for $75 dollars I get 320 miles considering that my Sienna is twice as big and 6-cylinder gas prices are much higher than before and does not have the best gas milage. I called your customer service and they tell me they do not have any control over fuel prices, and I understand that. What I don't understand is why a company as big and as reputable as Toyota, that brags about the quality of their customer service could advertise $15K Gas Card when fuel was $12.95 and before the 3 years it goes up to $29.95 A kilogram. Difference of ($125-$51.80) = $73.20 in every fill up, that makes the card value less than $6K, I am driving a small hydrogen car that is costing me as much as a 12-cylinder gasoline car. If i bought my Mirai today knowing Hydrogen price is $29.95 that would be a fair Game. but fuel price increase more than twice as much in year and half is a joke.

Desired outcome: I think Toyota should give me another complementary fuel card for my Mirai.
